I dropped the car off, and they completed the tire rotation efficiently. The next day I was alarmed when a system error and check engine light came on. Naturally, I was worried it might be related to the tire rotation service I just had. I called the shop and explained my concerns. They were very responsive and reassuring, they told me to bring the car back in, and if it was related to the tire rotation, they would take care of it under their warranty with no issues. I stopped by their shop, and their team performed a full system check. They identified something with the turbo that wasn't related to the tire rotation service, but they reset the system at no charge. (The check engine light is off for now). This shop truly stands behind their work. They are honest, professional, and customer-focused. It was a pleasure working with them, and I will definitely be bringing my car back for any future service needs. Highly recommend!
