Do not go here! I've been here 3x now, and as somebody who has spent decades in healthcare, I'm seriously concerned about the lack of hygiene that was shown to me during my last encounter. Not only have they run extremely late with each visit I have had, but the dentist was literally bouncing between me and 2 other patients, all during Covid! The staff is also rude, and I have been repeatedly lied to. Although there was a sink in my room, I never once saw the Dr. Goya wash her hands or change her PPE, while bouncing between patients!!! The cleaning of my teeth was insufficient to say the least. She started off by polishing the teeth, which is pointless. Why polish teeth that you haven't cleaned & scraped the tartar off yet??? Then the dentist tells the hygienist to floss them and she'll be back while she goes to work on somebody else. The hygienist lies and tells her that she's flossed all my teeth, which she pretty much only floss a couple of them. She did not floss all of my teeth, instead complaining (to me) that they were "too tight" for her to floss. Dr. Goya then comes in to now scrape the tartar off my newly polished teeth, undoing all that work. Ugh. She stands next to me, wraps her arm around my head, and puts me in some weird headlock while she grips my jaw open with one hand, as she probes with the other. WTH... I have never had a dentist in nearly 48 years, ever need to put me in a headlock to clean my teeth!!! And this was after I told her my neck was all surgically fused from a spinal cord injury!!! If that wasn't bad enough, she barely even touched my teeth. I'm not sure she even took any tartar off them at all, as most of my teeth were completely untouched by her probe. I could look in the mirror and still see the tartar that she had not removed right after the exam. But A+ for acting like she was trying, all while straining my spinal cord injury. For making me spend so much time waiting, the dentist spent all of 2 minutes on "cleaning". Other professionals will check your gum lines, Measure where it's receding and depth, check your fillings to make sure they're intact, even examine your tongue and cheek to make sure there are no signs of cancer or lesions. This woman did nothing except polish my teeth, and try to convince me I needed a root canal. When I challenged her on this and insisted I did not need a root canal, she then insisted on performing a cold test to prove me wrong. When I didn't react, then she had to admit that I was not a candidate for a root canal. This annoyed her. They also price gouge on teeth whitening. Teeth whitening that cost $50 anywhere else, cost me $150 there. I stupidly paid. But after that went back to my old dentist and bought it for $50. There's so much more to the story, but you get the idea. If you actually want to get your teeth clean, don't want to spend hours waiting for it to happen, and would like an establishment who understands the concept of cross-contamination, then save yourself the time and go someplace else! read more

This dentist office use to be great. I have been a patient for 6+ years. Now the dentist office has gone to sh**. To say the least. You make appointments months in advance, then they call you a week before and tell you. "The dentist is not working that day." So you, the patient, are the one inconvenienced. Maybe the dentist should look at future appointments and handle everything on the schedule first. Then change their scheduled hours. Oh wait, that is using common sense. I've always had this huge fear of going to the dentist!! After going to 2 different dentist which were god awful I found Cornerstone. Dr. Muzaffer was so patient with me and understood my fears. I had a list full of problems with my teeth which I prolonged as long as I could. She set up an entire plan to get all the issues resolved in the most efficient way possible. Going there I didn't feel like just another patient they're trying to send an invoice too. They took the time to hear me out and present me with the best possible solution. Dr. Syed is the most amazing dentist I've had the pleasure of going to. I usually hate dentists (who doesn't) but dr syed makes your experience pain free and so comfortable that you'll want to go back and see him. The front desk people are beyond nice and will treat with utter most respect and kindness. I have been looking for a primary dentist for years and I'm so glad I found this place. The prices are reasonable and the staff from Doctors to front desk to the assistants are beyond amazing. Thank you guys for being great and working so hard!! Never even made an appointment. Called to schedule one and the girl who answer was so rude, I hung up.

We (as a family) took an appointment for a regular dental cleaning which took less than 15 minutes on Jan/Feb 2020 which was done by Zoya Zamir DDS. They filed a claim with our Insurance for "Deep Cleaning (D4341)" on September 2020. This was an act of fraud. We have done only a "Regular cleaning" which took only 15 minutes but, they billed our insurance as "Deep Cleaning". Deep Cleaning is a procedure which is normally done in a single, one or two-hour visit, usually working on one or two quadrants of your mouth per appointment. She also took a "panoramic radio graphic image(D0330)" on a regular cleaning visit. Normally, dental practices will do four Bite wing(D0274) radio graphic images for a regular cleaning. This was an act of Insurance Fraud. If anyone is visiting this dentist office, be vigilant and ask about the procedure and check their claims to your Insurance. read more

Do not go here!! One star because the office was clean. I was not at all impressed with the staff or so-called cleaning. I booked my appointment and my daughter's two weeks prior to coming in, but when I arrived I was texted paperwork to complete for each of us- so we didn't even get seen until 20 minutes after my appointment time because of all the questions I had to do on my phone(I asked for paper and was told I had to enter it myself). We finally go back to the room and my daughter is seen first. Her cleaning was minimal. The dentist took the mirror, moved it around for a minute tops and said they her teeth were great. The assistant used the spin brush and rubbed fluoride on with a q-tip. I expected toothpaste with fluoride, but they didn't even floss her teeth, comment on spacing or check for loose teeth. My appointment was awful. I sat in the chair and had X-rays first, they were fairly standard to what I've had in the past. I was given tinted glasses AFTER the X-rays and told to wear them for the cleaning to protect my eyes (this was a first). As the dentist looked at my teeth my daughter tried saying something to me and the dentist told her "mommy didn't talk to you during your appointment so you can't talk to mommy during hers." I ignored the dentist and spoke with my child- that comment was SO inappropriate! Then the dentist did something, not sure what because nothing was explained, but her and the assistant were working together and all of a sudden I had water dripping down my neck. This is after the dentist told me to turn my head towards her. Why didn't she get up off the stool so she could see better and not have water and drool drip out of my mouth?! Then I got sprayed in the face, literally water under and on top of the 'protective glasses' up to my hairline. I asked if there was a malfunction with the equipment, and was told "it always happens." I said I have never been sprayed in the face at any other dentist I've been to and the assistant responded with, "there's a first time for everything, we recommend our patients not wear makeup when they come in." Even though I was not wearing makeup to the appointment, I was not advised ahead of time to not wear makeup because of the water that would be sprayed in my face during the appointment. After all this the dentist took her tools out of my mouth and told me to breathe, I was so confused. She told me I was too tense and I had to relax. I was just sprayed in the face and was getting reprimanded to relax? Before leaving the room, the dentist asked if I have any questions for her and I mentioned the sensitivity in my mouth on one side after what she did, and she said "it is fine don't worry about it," then asked again if I had questions. I said no this time because I felt like even if I had a question it would be disregarded, and the dentist left. After this, the assistant used the spin brush on me and moved it randomly around my mouth- in the past at other dentists they clean one tooth at a time front and back- she definitely didn't clean the front and back of each tooth with the randomness of the cleaning. I went to hold my mouth open so she could get my molar (because she didn't lift my lip and the spin brush was painfully rubbing on it) and she said "I got it," and then never cleaned the back part anyways. The assistant said she's going to put on the fluoride (a pink goop that made me want to gag and should have been an ingredient in the toothpaste that was used anyways). I asked if after that it was the end of my cleaning and she said yes. I then asked if she was going to floss- I feel like that's a pretty standard thing to expect at a dentist visit. She said "I was going to do it after the fluoride, but I can now I guess. So she gets the floss. Started on the top teeth in the center and pulled the length of the floss between my teeth instead of moving it up and down against the side of each tooth- it felt like she was sawing between my gums! Then she started struggling with my molars and was complaining that my teeth are too close together. I understand that molars are closer, but if you floss each patients teeth like you should then that's 10+ sets of teeth a day- there is no way mine are going to be a struggle. I offered to floss my own teeth at home because at this point I was over the whole appointment. She said "no it's my job I have to do it," then proceeded to literally tap the floss on the top of each crevice instead of putting the floss all the way between each of my teeth. After 'flossing' she did the fluoride and just walked out. I wasn't told My appointment had ended, I had to ask if that was it. This was my first and last time here, horrible experience from beginning to end! read more

This place went downhill after Dr. Jit left. I gave them 3 chances and I am fed up with them. My was final straw was feb 4th. The week before they send me text messages to confirm, another text and a text the day of. I get there nobody is there. Nobody tells me why they weren't there complete garbage, it's my day off of work it's 5pm only day I can make it out there. They call me the next day saying the "system" was down and it "cancelled my appointment. Someone leaves another voicemail saying she was gone for an "emergency " and the staff there didn't know "her job" Words of advice train your staff to know how to back up someone in case someone happens to not be there and just admit you were wrong. Blaming technology or inadequate training is not an excuse, everyone's time is valuable. The staff and the patient. read more

I was calling all over the place trying to find a dentist that took my insurance. Cornerstone didn't take it but, a woman named Hayley called me back the next day to tell me she had found a dentist that did take my insurance. So, though I've never gone to this dentist I wish I could have. For her to take time out of her, I'm sure, busy day to help me, tells me these people are wonderful & if they helped me, a none client, so much shows me that they must be good people. read more

The sign said walk ins welcome. reattaching a fallen crown is a ten minute service, Instead of finding ten minutes during the course of a whole afternoon these incompetence have me wait a day for an appointment, spend 45 minutes filling out unnecessary insurance paperwork and then lose the crown. the ineptitude demonstrated by this practice deserve a thumbs down. read more

Dr. Snyder and the staff at Cornerstone are phenomenal! They're friendly, fast, and efficient in all aspects of your dental care. From the moment you walk in, the staff get you seated at the dental chair as quick as possible (wait time is barely nothing). Once seated, the environment in the room is very clean and comfortable. The actual dental work is super efficient with constant care about your pain tolerance and how comfortable you are while they work on your teeth. Lastly, they really work hard to understand your insurance coverage, and make you fully aware of payments or financial surprises before any work is done. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a great dentist. read more

Dr. Shah knows what he is doing and he can get the job done quickly. He completed 2 of my cavity filings within 13 minutes and I was out. He is extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Dr. Shah is very friendly and great at making small talk. The staff is very efficient and very polite. I would recommend anyone to go to this dentist. They truly care about their patients and what their patients think about them. Also, they do a great job of entertaining their patients with Netflix playing while you are receiving your treatment. Dr. Zhang is a very professional and courteous dentist. She explains procedures quite well so I fully understand what is happening, know the next step and can make an informed decision. Her bed side manner makes her approachable to ask her any questions I might have about my dental needs. She has a light touch yet is very effective. I have not had any issues with any of the work I have had done. Her office is up to date and she utilizes current technologies in her practice. She is able to show you on a large screen exactly what she sees on your teeth and uses that as a guide to explain what is going on. That is very helpful to me as a patient and I do not feel like she is talking down to me. Her staff is also very professional and curious. All are welcoming and truly want to get to know me and my dental concerns. I have recommended Dr. Zhang to many friends and will continue to do so. read more
