What we found is worthy of positive comments. Every person we've met, starting with the receptionist, who seems to be a Jack-of-All-Trades, has a noticeably and genuinely good attitude, something that is extremely important to us. And, they treat us as if we are friends, and that is certainly appreciated. We have very poor memories, but we believe Dr. Bruce treated my wife two or three years ago, and corrected whatever the issue was. (We'll find out during our next visit, if we remember.) The bottom-line is that if Dr. Bruce were not very good, he would not be very busy. We see Charyl for deep tissue massages, and walk out feeling so much better. We laid off for a while, but should not have. We consider the massages necessary. That's why we keep going back, but that is not all. Charyl is a an absolute delight, so much so that we love her. And we're friends, too. During our last visit she very excitedly showed us one of recent wedding pictures, and we genuinely responded in-kind. We are so happy for her. Her brand new husband had a big, genuine smile on his face, as if he'd just hit the jackpot. He did. Bertram Healing Center provides other services. We aren't familiar with those services, but we believe that one is essentially whole body healing. I do know that if those services weren't effective, at least for most, they would not be offered. Give them a try, and I believe you'll go back.

It's funny to watch - I have to turn my entire body when someone taps my shoulder - but painful to live. Great vibe, beautiful smile and very well spoken. She did a little bit of this and that and sent me out for x-rays. A week later, after examining them, she got into it. This lady has some strooooong hands and knows how to use them! I'm three appts in and, while I still have to turn my entire body, feel definite changes and loosening of my neck and upper back. She really has the confidence a chiro should have - none of this mid-adjustment second guessing. I went in with zero expectations, but she's amazing. Really. Thorough, thoughtful and really talented. And the rest of the office is great, too. Very friendly and professional. Clean space. Lots of parking. Blah blah blah. It's a top notch practice.
