Good value and will work with you on the fixes within different budgets (and will be honest w the pros and cons of each) But what got me to write this review is my experience with Jose! Jose is THE GOAT! So helpful, friendly , knowledgeable , and will take time to explain what's going on and what the fixes need to be (and I generally like way more detail than your average homeowner). Give Jose a raise he's honestly one of the best repair professionals I've ever worked with in my 10yrs of homeownership (and my house is from the1800 so I've worked with A LOT)

On one occasion, I had a washing machine we were ready to junk. It took one part to fix it, and Midwest Appliance explained how to install it until I was comfortable doing it myself. We had that washer for two more years before moving out of the house. More recently, our nearly new refrigerator stopped getting cold. I called Midwest first and they made me aware of an extended warranty that the manufacturer did not mention over the phone. They essentially saved me $600 on that trip. Our clothes dryer stopped getting hot yesterday, so I called them. They had a technician to our house by 1 pm today, he had the part they expected it to be in the truck, and the total experience cost $118, and less than an hour. The technician explained (in plain English) what the issue was and how we can avoid it in the future. Bottom line is that any appliance issue I have, I will check with Midwest Appliance first, and I recommend them to anyone.
