The technician came to our home and gave us only a verbal quote--nothing in writing. As most homeowners know, it would be unwise to move forward without a written estimate, especially when comparing multiple companies. We specifically needed a written estimate as part of a real estate transaction that had already encountered complications. After the appointment, I followed up and spoke with our service contact, Joe B., who assured me he would email the estimate. Unfortunately, we never received anything, and because of the lack of follow-through and documentation, they unfortunately missed the mark this time. As a result, we've decided to move forward with another plumbing and heating company for this project. It's disappointing, especially given our positive experience in the past, but communication and proper documentation are essential, and this time it just didn't happen.

He did not put moisture barrier or level the shower base. He failed to measure the walls and check for square and one wall was 1 1/2 '' out of square. After installing the shower door frame the door had an 1 1/2'' gap at the top. His idea was to put a wedge in the gap when he should have squared the to begin with. I said that's not gonna work and his answer was what do you want me to do. I said fix it and he couldn't and he left and never came back. Took him to court and he never showed.

I called Appolo, since I bought it from them, realizing it was under warranty for 5 years.I was told by the repairman that there was no coolant in the system and I would be charged to diagnose where the leak was. He informed me the pin hole was in the evaporator coil and would need to be replaced. I was told I had to pay for today's charge and would be notified with the total amount for repairs. My charge for the technician to come and diagnose the issue was around $500 (no repairs included).y I shared the price with some friends only to discover how ridiculous the price was. This company wanted to charge over $3000 in addition to repair my unit. The warranty did not cover any labor and would not cover the $3000 part because I did not have the annual cleaning. No other equipment such as a shop vac or a safe way to handle the sewage water. No tarps to protect the rug, curtains, or furniture. In an effort to find the pipe opening, they removed 10 buckets of sewage water, carrying the sloshing filth through the room and hallway and dumped the stuff in the street. Someone called the police after stepping in feces. Sing never found the opening to the pipe. He charged $400 and departed. Later he came back to clean up the sewage he had thrown in the street. The next day a different plumber used a crowbar to find the opening to the pipe and inserted the snake. Once the clog was cleared, all the sewage water went down the pipe. He then used his shop vac to thoroughly clean the area.
