I am still shocked by the way I was treated at this business. The man was so unnecessarily rude and disrespectful that I was honestly left speechless. I am normally someone who stands up for myself immediately, but his behavior was so unexpected and inappropriate that I was too stunned to respond the way I normally would. I remained calm and polite throughout the entire interaction. My employer has been a customer of this business for many years, and I am now the person who usually brings in and picks up her clothes. The man has repeatedly asked me to tell her to come in. I explained that she is very busy and that I am now taking care of these errands for her. Today, he asked again whether I had given her his message. Then he told me to enter her personal phone number so that he could call her. I politely explained that I could not give him someone else's private phone number without her permission. I told him I would ask her first and could provide it another time only if she agreed. That was a completely reasonable and professional response. Instead of respecting it, he became angry, looked at me with complete disrespect, and called me "dumb." He then told me that when I returned, I would be required to give him her phone number. The way he spoke to me made me feel as though he believed I was beneath him and had no right to say no. To make the situation even more humiliating, I had taken a piece of candy from the container beside the counter, as I had done during previous visits. In the middle of treating me this way, he demanded to know who had given me permission to take his candy. I quietly put it back and told him there would not be a next time because I would never return after being treated with such disrespect. I took the card he handed me and left without raising my voice or insulting him. My employer has told me that he has always been nice to her, but that has not been my experience. My husband also went there once or twice to take in a suit and chose not to return because he found the man extremely rude. My husband is one of the calmest and most easygoing people I know, so his reaction now makes even more sense to me. I cannot say whether this behavior was motivated by prejudice, discrimination, the fact that I am an employee bringing in another person's clothes, or something else. I do know that he made me feel inferior and undeserving of basic respect. He does not know me, he does not know the relationship I have with my employer, and he had absolutely no right to insult me because I protected her privacy. Someone dealing with customers should understand basic respect, professionalism, and personal boundaries. Calling a customer "dumb" because she refuses to share another person's private phone number is completely unacceptable. I left feeling shocked, humiliated, and deeply disrespected. No one deserves to be treated this way, regardless of who they are, where they come from, or what kind of work they do. We will be taking our business somewhere else, and after this experience, I could never recommend this place. read more

I have been a customer here before, and while I always thought the prices were a little on the high side, I continued coming back because the customer service had been good. This visit was a completely different experience. I brought in two pairs of pants to be tapered and one brand-new uniform shirt (still with the tags on it) to be pressed with creases. Before leaving the items, I even brought in a previous pair of pants that this shop had altered so they could match the exact same fit. Everything was discussed before I left. When I came back to pick everything up, I was told the total was $90, which was much higher than I expected. In previous visits, I had paid around $25 per pair for similar alterations. When I asked for an explanation and an itemized receipt, I was told they could not provide one. After asking for a breakdown, I was told the alterations were $40 per pair and the shirt press was $10. I was also charged an additional $5 fee for paying with my card, which was not disclosed before the transaction. I wasn't told the amount of the fee until after I had already agreed to use my card. To make matters worse, the shirt was not pressed with the creases I specifically requested. Instead, I was told it couldn't be done because of how the shirt was made. The shirt was brand new, still had its tags attached, and had never been altered. When I got home, I also noticed wrinkles on the finished clothing, which was disappointing considering the price I paid. What bothered me the most wasn't just the cost--it was the lack of transparency. Prices were significantly different from my previous experience, there was no itemized receipt available, and the card surcharge was not disclosed beforehand. Yeah I won't ever walk back into this place unless I am held at gunpoint. I paid good money to get my measurements done here so I could accurately order the best suit. Dude takes out what looks like to be a flimsy yellow receipt paper and starts writing the measurements down onto it. It was so small and I couldn't even read the measurements so as I was going over each measurement with him he just got irritated with me trying to clarify what it said. paid decent money for those measurements but it felt like a middle school student who just did his final paper last second. I come back with my suit and then I hear him tell me he can't do this alteration and he can't do that because it will cost you much more and take too much time... I just took the suit walked out. I followed the instructions and the oddly written down measurements and it was still a hassle. I walked into a random Korean owned dry cleaning shop at a strip mall in Paramount with my suit and it wasn't an issue for them to tailor it to my dimensions at all. They gave me a modest price and had it done really fast, they were actually waiting on me to pick it up. I put the suit on in front of them and it fit like a glove! so happy and it was painless so I don't know why I couldn't get that type of service here. read more

This place is nice I had left my cloths here for 9months and he still had it wow thx Ali! The only thing was that Ali don't have a sign with storage fees if left after 90days. He charged me $17 dollars extra for the storage fee which I didn't mind. I just said To him that he should have a sign up stating of fees for storage and he got upset. Which he didn't even wanted to show me the ticket because he didn't even let me know of the charges until after I paid him. And I ask to see the ticket. my original ticket was for $113 and he charged me $130 which I don't mind paying him since it took me 9months to pick it up but he should have told me before i payed him so I would understand.
