Yeah I won't ever walk back into this place unless I am held at gunpoint. I paid good money to get my measurements done here so I could accurately order the best suit. Dude takes out what looks like to be a flimsy yellow receipt paper and starts writing the measurements down onto it. It was so small and I couldn't even read the measurements so as I was going over each measurement with him he just got irritated with me trying to clarify what it said. paid decent money for those measurements but it felt like a middle school student who just did his final paper last second. I come back with my suit and then I hear him tell me he can't do this alteration and he can't do that because it will cost you much more and take too much time... I just took the suit walked out. I followed the instructions and the oddly written down measurements and it was still a hassle. I walked into a random Korean owned dry cleaning shop at a strip mall in Paramount with my suit and it wasn't an issue for them to tailor it to my dimensions at all. They gave me a modest price and had it done really fast, they were actually waiting on me to pick it up. I put the suit on in front of them and it fit like a glove! so happy and it was painless so I don't know why I couldn't get that type of service here. read more

This place is nice I had left my cloths here for 9months and he still had it wow thx Ali! The only thing was that Ali don't have a sign with storage fees if left after 90days. He charged me $17 dollars extra for the storage fee which I didn't mind. I just said To him that he should have a sign up stating of fees for storage and he got upset. Which he didn't even wanted to show me the ticket because he didn't even let me know of the charges until after I paid him. And I ask to see the ticket. my original ticket was for $113 and he charged me $130 which I don't mind paying him since it took me 9months to pick it up but he should have told me before i payed him so I would understand. Came here to get a few dresses dry-cleaned and a few pants hemline alterred. The gentleman working there, Ali, I believe per other yelp reviews was very kind and helpful. I pointed out a stain and one of the dresses and he looked at it and said I could probably just hand wash the dress. Then he looked at the label that said "dry clean only" and his response was "bull shit." I came back on the agreed upon date and all my clothes were ready for me, the pants hemlines were perfect and the stain on the dress was gone without a trace, it looked like a new dress! I will add a star for the sweet lady seated in the corner chair of this store all quiet when this unpleasant man was "helping" me. The owner is so unpleasant! Grumpy and make you feel that you are annoying! I came to consult him to help me with a dress that was too tight on my hips I wanted to wear for a wedding. Ali, the owner, told me that it could open the side, but because of the fabric ( velvet, it might show) I asked him if he could show me what he meant since I had no clue what he was talking about. After opening the side of my dress, the fabric indeed looked a different color, and it would not have been lovely! I asked him just to let it be as it was and that I would try to figure it out. He asked to be paid 10 dollars to close it back! Which he never mentioned to me before opened it! I told him it was his job to help the customer understand what it was doing before agreeing on the price estimate he gave me. I have no problem spending and helping small businesses, but someone who is mean, unsmiling, and barely willing to explain what it was doing and the reason why feels very not professional! You can't expect someone to throw at you the price you asked without willing to give a little explanation and guidance.
