The atmosphere is completly warming and they always make sure you are seen at the time you are suppose to. You never sit there for an hour waiting on them to come out. About 5 minutes after signing in, they are there to shake your hand, ask you have was the ride and how your day was. It feels like another home. I remember the day we got to our appointment and i realized i had a flat tire. It was raining out and her doctor literally came out in the cold ran with my husband to help him change the tire of my car. even after that, we carried on with our appointment even though it was a hour after my appointment was set. to sum it up, its the best experience i ever experienced with a professional. im writing this review on anytthing i can because they deserve this. This is the first time i wrote a review on ANY business only because they are the best.

Insurance process was easy as well. Someone came to me instead of me having to go to another desk. I was moved to a quiet single room on 5th floor . My nurse Elyse was AMAZING. very kind and personable. The doctor situation was not as wonderful. I was only seen 1 time in the 32 hours I was there and I had to really push to get the doctor to come to my room. She seemed unfamiliar with my chart/case even though I had been there all that time. Didn't leave me with a good feeling.. I'm giving 4 stars because the nurses are the stars!!!!!! wish I could give 5 but not one for the doctor. Sorry.

We have been waiting upwards to 5 to 6 hours and there are people in here who have been waiting for longer than us. There are people in here who are actively suffering moaning, groaning, throwing up, in pain, begging to be seen and none of the nurses or staff are doing anything about it. It's inhumane, monstrous, and horrible. It's good to know if I ever needed to go in here for example if I was having a heart attack or a stroke or something that Id die before I even hit triage. What a joke this ER is an embarrassment.

On the day of the procedure, the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and organized -- they truly made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and supportive. The pre-op instructions were clear, recovery guidance was thorough, and I felt genuinely cared for at every step. I am now in recovery and could not be more grateful for the level of care I received.
