After calling multiple vet hospitals all morning they were the only ones that had availability, turns out they build time slots into their schedule just for such emergencies! Got there at 3pm, staff was wonderful and Dr Cindi Costin diagnosed it as most likely an abscess and had him in surgery within an hour, I picked him up at 530. Dr Cindi and staff did a tremendous job and his healing was so fast! Two days later you could barely tell he'd been in surgery except for some shaved skin and a small incision that had already healed. I cannot thank them enough and I can't recommend them highly enough!

I called back after 1 week with more questions and again, the staff was extremely courteous and efficient in addressing them.
