Bottom line: i bought a ear wash kit for $30 and cleaned the ears myself. Dont let them treat your animals unsupervised (if at all)

I was informed that they only sold and implanted the device and getting it registered was my problem. I was told that I could not speak with the Veterinarian and not to call them again.
