Everything we ordered was on point, and we ended up finishing our entire dinner here. Our waiter consistently checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Even though the place was busy and the space is a bit small, the service was prompt and attentive. Parking was convenient with shared parking available in the back alongside nearby stores. We were also looking for vegetarian options for a colleague that I was with. In a cool part of town, Himalayan Flames is right in the middle of a bustling area full of shops and restaurants. There's some parking on the street but there's also a huge parking lot behind the block that Himalayan Flames is on, so go on back there and find a spot. There are signs on the back of the building you guiding you to a back entrance which leads to a number of different businesses. You'll find the entrance to Himalayan Flames towards the front of the building. We were seated right away and began browsing the menu. Not a huge place, but cozy and nicely decorated. Cool vibe. I opted for the Lamb Korma and Garlic Naan bread. Outstanding on both fronts. The Lamb Korma was full of flavor and perfectly spiced for my taste. I forget the spice level options, but go with what you know. Whatever I asked for was perfect. Lamb was tender and tasty. Combine that with the edible scoop that you can make out of the Naan bread and you're set. Would I go back? Without question. One thing I've noticed both times dining in is that tables around me were being cleaned with strong products while I was still eating, sometimes very close by. The fumes can be a bit overwhelming and take away from the experience. I completely understand the importance of keeping everything clean, and I appreciate that -- just hoping there might be a way to time it or adjust it so it's a bit more comfortable for guests who are still eating. Either way, I'll definitely continue coming back because the food is that good. Just wanted to share this in case it helps improve the dine-in experience.
