They have fresh barbecue and special novelty snacks. (Yes, they've even got your spicy peaches and candied pecans!) If you're into picking up cool gifts or souvenirs, this place has a lot of those for every season. Cold drinks, coffee, chocolate, dog potty area, travel accessories... you name it... anything you need to make your trip more pleasant... they've got it. In fact, I heard quite the opposite on a Bob and Karri youtube video recently. My complaint was that you couldn't walk to the Love's Truck Stop store from the RV park. Bob and Karri's complaint for another Love's that they stayed at on the east coast was that they were too close to the Love's Truck Stop store. So I guess not everyone can be pleased. This place was packed. The parking lot was buzzing and the spots were all full. The store had a large selection of items- as one would expect from a truck stop. The restroom is showing its age. But the dispensers were all stocked. And the floor was dry. I do prefer to hit the rest area in EastLand but I was having an emergency. Regular gas = $2.76 Plus = $3.05 Premium = $3.52 The store had the strangest maze of a layout. The employees were not all that friendly, often blocking fridge doors while inventorying or restocking items. The restrooms were dirty. Trash overflowing. There were some grassy areas for our dog to relieve her bladder on nearby our pump. I supervised my oldest daughter - who is just barely a pound or two heavier - managed to keep our canine confined to that area. They did good in this relatively safe area.
