If you get a good instructor, you're golden. C2 is the perfect combo of pilates and yoga flow. Love it.

However, I do mix in Vinyasa and Core Restore classes, and even Sculpt from time to time, and try to find some balance.

This studio isn't just about yoga or wellness, it's about creating a welcoming community and offering practices that feel both unique and accessible. Unlike many similar studios around the area, Luvvli provides thoughtful and rare offerings, all at prices that feel surprisingly reasonable compared to many individual practitioners who often charge significantly more for similar services. While some might assume a studio like this would be exclusive or out of reach, I can confidently say that Luvvli is anything but pretentious or close-minded. Instead, it feels like a space that's open to any kind of person; a place where you can explore, unwind, and reconnect. Most recently, I attended their face yoga class, and it was such a refreshing experience. From the moment I walked in, Jenny made me feel so welcome and at ease. The class began with gentle stretches; slow, restorative movements, untangling little knots of tension. From there, we moved into face yoga: "eye yoga," gua sha, face tapping, and what felt like a soft dance of lymphatic and EFT tapping for the whole body. It was so much more than a skin-care practice. Jenny's attention to detail made everything feel so special. She gave me a lovely little kit for the gua sha portion: a smooth gua sha tool, nourishing oil, a tissue wipe, and a vitamin C eye mask that felt like a cool, refreshing hug for my eyes. It was thoughtful in the kind of way that makes you feel truly cared for, like every part of the experience was designed to nurture you. By the end, my face felt lighter, a little brighter, and I left feeling calm and refreshed. I'll definitely be back for more of this gentle magic.

Luvvli offers so much and I have taken part in restorative yoga, face yoga, and sound healing classes. Acu-zen is a new workshop that I truly enjoy. Words can not justify the transformation I am finding within myself from the love and care given in each and every class. The instructors truly care about their craft. Make time for you and enjoy what they have to offer for your mind, body and soul.

I come mainly for Zumba, it's fun shaking out the blahs and getting some cardio exercise in. And if you're not smiling by the end of class, then you're doing something wrong. I've been to Kymberlee's and Tyler/Zac's class. Kymberlee has been in fitness for-ever, a major player for Bally's and Bull's Cheerleader. I have known her for years and her personality really shows when she's teaching the class. Tyler/Zac's class is also a lot of fun...quite different for me to have two instructors during class, but it helps when the routines are new and you get two different views to follow. The music is sure to get you dancing. Like I said, it's a smaller studio, but I like the feel to it, you get to chat with the instructors and they really try to get to know you too. Payment wise, they offer drop-ins, punch cards or unlimited passes per month. Totally worth the price of admission. Great place to channel your inner Fly Girl!

Well, once you look beyond the marketing scheme of it all, you'll see it for what it is : cliquey, disingenuous, simply a ploy -- headed by women who have no real lives and no friends in real life so they create their own little high school bubble. "Be yourself, judgement free" -- it is anything BUT as many of them routinely make fun of a girl who is a bit rhythmically off beat and out there. It's really all about the so called "cool girls" here ; some see this and do not play into it but many perpetuate it by willingly participating or failing to say / do anything to the contrary. In my opinion, most of them are minions of the owner, they don't think for themselves ; so take these "follower" reviews with a grain of salt. You may feel as if you have found a true gem, a feel good gym, and you are more than a walking dollar sign here but alas, it simply boils down to the almighty dollar. Do yourself a favor and continue to research and find an establishment that actually practices what they PREACH.

I am extremely disappointed with the administrative management of this chiropractic office…read more I was receiving medically necessary massage therapy through this practice as part of an ongoing treatment plan. These massages are part of managing a medical condition and preventing symptom flare-ups; they are not optional. From the beginning, the front desk staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and were at times condescending. They were confused about insurance coverage. I was initially told my massage therapy was not covered. After confirming directly with my insurance broker that it was covered, the office told me the broker was "wrong" and that I needed to re-verify it myself. They said they would follow up with me, but they never did. Despite this confusion, appointments were billed without issue. Then, the day before or day of a scheduled appointment, I was told my massage therapist was sick and that the office would call me when she returned. A week passed with no follow-up. I had to proactively reach out to schedule. Only after I called did they inform me that the therapist was "no longer in-network" with my insurance, something that had not been communicated when it allegedly changed. At that point, it had already been 3-4 weeks since my last medically necessary massage. The cancellation and failure to rebook significantly delayed my treatment and led to a worsening of my symptoms. In a medical office, continuity of care should be handled with greater responsibility and respect. Additionally, billing statements list the services under the chiropractor, Kevin Reider, rather than the massage therapist, which only added to the lack of transparency and confusion around insurance processing -- particularly when I was later told the massage therapist was no longer in-network. The billing structure made it unclear how network status was being determined, especially since this provider remains in-network with BCBS. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about the office's billing practices, integrity, and communication. To be clear: Janae is an excellent massage therapist. She is skilled, professional, and compassionate. My concerns are entirely with the office's management and administrative practices. Due to repeated misinformation, lack of follow-through, poor communication, and disruption of medical care, I cannot recommend this practice.
