The class starts with 10 minute stretching exercises, followed by a 50 minute guided meditation. I am a beginner, so I absolutely loved the guidance because my mind kept wandering. The instructor and other staff members were incredibly welcoming, hospitable, and generous. They even invited us to a homemade Thai lunch downstairs after the meditation. I love that I have found a new community of nonjudgmental people. If you want to feel relaxed and accepted, don't hesitate to meditate here!

She also asked if I had any restrictions or injuries, which shows that she prioritizes safety. The gym is spacious but small in comparison to a franchise gym. The class I was in had 8 people, and we had more than enough room to move around comfortably. This particular class involved lots of cardio. Definitely would recommend for those who are used to doing sprints, strength training, and are able to use various equipment such as ski and rowing machines.
