My mother was one of these people, this type of phone call from mom is rare at best. Needless to say Scott and I are beyond thrilled. Working with Think Big Solutions, was the second best decision we have made in about 7 months! First off, Jessica Proctor is extremely professional and a delight to work with. Everything went as smooth as silk and even the slight changes we needed to make to our proof, via email, came off with no problem whatsoever. Jessica was completely able to work with our budget and helped us find the EXACTLY perfect paper, a felt based I think. It was literally and precisely what I had envisioned and went with the theme of the invites perfectly. She even showed us around the facility and all sorts of cool behind the scenes stuff! The previous company created an eNewsletter content and emailed it to my client contact list. Then it just because the eNewsletter. Then the eNewsletter had grammatical errors requiring me to proof-read it every month. And the price kept going up. The latest edition included a controversial book recommendation that would rankle most of my client base. Unique Litho would not remove this, claiming recommendations are made to cover a variety of topics. Strange I've never seen a recommendation from the other side of the aisle. Last month, I couldn't even open the link but trusted that this edition didn't have any grammatical errors or controversial content. (And at least one client reached out to me that he couldn't open the link either.) This is after a staff change. Even though emails continued to originate from this terminated staff person, she no longer worked at Unique Litho and something changed in the format of the eNewsletter. After a decade and a half, I've chosen to cancel my subscription rather than compromise my values and continue to pay for declining quality.

I paid a deposit of 2500 for a sign that they said they were going to be able to get the permit for and at the end they never could, weeks later to our surprise a company they hired to build the frame, show up to our office and said if i still wanted the frame, so I gave instructions to not talk to them cause at that time I didn't know I was going to get screw by 5280, and I felt it wasn't ethic for other company to tried to go over them ( if I would of know i was going to get screw, I would of gone straight with them). So when I confront them about my sign, we told them at least to build it and we would storage it for a future use, this was actually in person ( face to face ) they said ok ( this was after the other company came) so Im pretty sure they got problems with them and I end up with no sign and without my deposit back. People, be really careful, if you decide to do a job with them. Don't give them deposit unless they have done the job.
