I couldn't be happier with my experiences at Yellowdog. It is very much my thing to pet cute dogs). We needed to have our wedding table map printed, so it was a fairly simple but SUPER important (to us) job. We shopped around and got price quotes from 2-3 places, and Yellowdog was the cheapest but also the speediest with their reply. Once we told them we wanted to proceed, they started immediately and emailed us when it was ready to pick up. The whole thing was seamless and, again, puppers in the lobby. I wish I still lived in Denver, because I have tons of stuff printed at the big chains back in DC and it is always a pain and so expensive. Yellowdog made things easy and did a fabulous job--and didn't cost an arm and a leg. The storefront is kind of behind the Home Depot so use your GPS as it's easy to miss.

I've counted on them on multiple occasions, most recently for my artwork I sold as a vendor at my booth at Goldens in Golden. My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. I will absolutely use them again and again. Thank you, YellowDog!

I had come here a few months ago as it's right around the corner and I prefer to support local. The…read morewoman who helped me was very friendly, quick, and professional. I only needed something printed from email so she only charged me a dollar. I was surprised at the low price and gave her another dollar as a tip. I have local activist friends who distribute a lot of flyers, and advised that I would recommend their business. Today I needed a similar printing done and returned, expecting the same level of professionalism. The only employee working was a young guy to whom I explained what I needed and my previous visit. He said that I needed to come back at 5pm--their closing time--as he was the only employee working. He then said he would (grudgingly) assist with the 3 minute task, but not for less than $35 (!!!). When I told him of what I was charged previously for the same thing, he said that was wrong; so basically saying I'm lying while simultaneously lying about the cost himself. He also claimed to be the "manager", which is hard to believe, unless he's related to the owner-- but obviously not hired on merit. I went to the UPS store further down, and had a friendly 3 minute interaction with their pleasant professional clerk. I was charged $2.80. I wish I had gotten the name of the previous helpful employee to specifically recommend (only) her. If you need printing services, maybe check out the staffing on that day by calling ahead, but for other services, maybe see if the UPS store can assist you better. The disparity between the level of customer service of the two encounters is really a shame. It only takes one smug, dishonest worker to ruin a great first impression.

They shared often Amazon "says they dropped the item off, however steal the item by not really dropping off the order." I had called the hotel in advance to inquire if I could have items sent to the hotel. The hotel employee shared "people do it all of the time. They use Amazon, DoorDash and insta cart." Being that I am familiar with using Amazon I ordered water to come to the hotel and for it to arrive the day I would arrive. So this is when it all started... the front desk said Amazon orders end up at the business center with Fed Ex. So went to Fed Ex and they told me they didn't have the order and to check the front desk. I went back to the front desk and they checked in the back and then told me Fed Ex would most likely receive it, so I went back to Fed-Ex... (you get the picture) Karina had shared what I said above and I asked if they could please just go and look for it because it said it was delivered. After asking over and over she went to look for my package. While waiting, Oscar was interacting with customers in a condescending and sarcastic tone to them. People were leaving upset. Once Karina came back with my $14 case of water, she told me she weighed it and I need to pay $25 to receive my water. I told her that it was extortion and what was I paying for? She said "storage and handling". I explained no where did the hotel tell me that I would have to pay an additional amount to have an item delivered. Neither Oscar or Karina cared and it was either I paid $25 for my water or I couldn't take it. I get that they are just employees struggling to make a dime, however they did not care one bit. Karina shared she has told the hotel front desk multiple times that they need to tell guests that they charge the customers to pick up their items. So there I was stuck between a lack of training and consistency between the hotel and Fed ex business center within the hotel being extorted. I could have had a friend drive me to Walmart had I known. I travel a lot, and I have had items delivered to Marriott's before and NEVER had this problem.
