Classes are set up to build on each other and can be for any athletic level, with modifications for each exercise to make it easier or harder and to assist with any injuries. They provide a weekly informative brief prior at the beginning of your session to help educate you on when you are not in bootcamp. Assessments are provided to help track your progress or to develop an attack plan. Detric and Brittany provide a fun environment where everyone wants to push themselves just a little harder. "Mind over matter", "Time of intention" "Short amount of time" The group setting is very helpful to provide encouragement and accountability. Highly recommended!!!!

The set-up was very nice, equipment looked new, clean, and well taken care of. There was a trainer there training when I came in. He was very nice and helpful when I entered the facility. I also saw him retrieve a bucket and cloth and wipe down a lot of the equipment in-between training sessions. Definitely what you want to see in the age of COVID. All around, very nice gym and it was a great place to get a workout in when away from home.

The Williamsburg studio is top notch! The owners are present, engaged, and thoughtful! The front desk is friendly and competent! The trainers are smart, appropriately enthusiastic, encouraging, and friendly!! Camaraderie is also appropriately encouraged! The clients are welcoming , also engaged, enthusiastic, friendly toward one another and encouraging to each other. Everyone shares the energy! This studio should be the model for every studio. I travel a bit and visit studios when they are available! Not one matches this one! Thank you Williamsburg Orangetheory!!

This place is special, you feel it when you're in the class. The coaches are encouraging and add great energy, unlike any other group fitness class/gym I've tried in the past. I'm 28 and specialist doctors were pumping me full of meds that never helped, always telling me "we don't really know." Julie, within ONE SESSION, saw what was going on...chronic stress and trauma...and she provided compassion and realistic aid. She didn't try to sell me anything, simply made suggestions and even provided role play therapy for me. I've only had three total sessions and I wish I could do more. Thank you to this whole team for giving me life again! It's been over a year since I saw her last and I'm overwhelmed with joy still.

We spent two hours sorting my issue and coming up with a plan. I feel so supported by this beautiful practitioner and her practice! I went in anxious and burdened and left so educated and enlightened and with a plan of action that I know will lead to my healing and expanded health. This is a special place I am grateful to know.

This facility has brand new equipment and a great location (close to Busch Gardens) to boot. Another great factor is the safety. They are right around the corner from a police precinct. This helps keep some of the creeps away. The staff - exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable. The approach they give to customers is just top notch. If you're on the fence with crossfit or are looking into achieving that next level of fitness, come here - you won't be disappointed.

Second, their service is poor at best. I've been going to this gym for 4 months or more. And when I went to that gym, I had my bag with me all of those times. I work out 4 times per week. No one ever said to me that I had to lock up my bag until recently. So in 4 months, no word. Then the employee told me that I had to put my bag away in the middle of my work out and I couldn't do it after I finished on that one machine. They have signs everywhere about cell phone usage, Wi-Fi, wipe your machines down, etc but no sign about bags. I've been to better Planet Fitness than this. And least the ones who believe their customers are importan enough to treat them respectfully. Go to Ironbound Gym or Colonial Iron Gym. Colonial Iron is my favorite. I only changed due to the distance.

Disappointed in the management of this facility., I approached the front desk to tell them there…read morewas a gentleman who pulled dumbells from 5lb-35lb from the rack and had them on top of the bench he was personally using. I asked planet fitness staff if they could say something as other members were waiting to use the dumbbells. Their response was "we can't do anything. I asked you see what I see people are not able to work out because he's holding on to all the dumbbells. the staff said yes I see the problem but I can't say anything to him. see and it is a problem. this is the world we live in...no accountability.
