But speaking with Mark he let me know the truth right off the bat. He said " I have a magic wand for quitting smoking". I laughed. AS IF !!! And if so why isn't everyone doing this ? Ok so it's now late Friday night and Monday at 11am was my last cigarette and first apt. I wasn't certain at first when I left what was going to happen. I noticed everything he said and could feel and hear everything around me. It's not what we believe or see on tv. This was different. This was success. I have had no withdraws no Illness and not even a desire to smoke. I think about the cigarettes but not wanting them just remembering them. It's only been a couple days but that's a couple more days longer then me using anything else and this time I feel amazing I'm no longer wanting a cigarette or a need to have one as those feelings were taken away in my first session. I feel strong confident and have come to love this new life as a non smoker !!! Quitting smoking does not have to be hard and using Marks Hypnosis three treatment therapy it was so easy to do. You may think, "That's it, 30 minutes?"...but at the end end of class when you're laid out on the floor gasping for breath, you'll be thankful it was only 30 minutes! Holly is in charge of the program, and does an excellent job. She keeps her class sizes small, so she's really able to give each individual any needed attention. Whether you're a beginner, pregnant, or have an injury you're recovering from, Holly will work with you to modify the workout...which I think is pretty awesome! One of my favorite things about the class is the variety. Whether it's battle ropes, frog jumps, or high-fiving a partner between pushups...each day we do a different combo of excercises...that are challenging, interactive, and fun!
