I was advised by Dr. Patel to come back in April when I would be covered by my insurance so she could see and then do the filing. I received 2 reminder calls about my appointment. The 1st went quite well. The cleaning and cavity could be done the same day after the x-ray. The 2nd call a week later the cavity was no longer a concernd but if they had time. I wasn't rude but was upset about the sudden change. I didn't care to argue with the person I was speaking to and asked for the doctor to​ call me. She did and proceeded to lecture me on my phone etiquette. ​Things went south from there. I was suppose to make a payment during the visit that never took place. I completely forgot about it. This week I got a notice I'd been turned over to collections. I received no bill prior to this reminding me of my debt. Obviously this was a tit for tat. My advise, find another dental office, you could do better.

Dr. Patel has fixed 2 chipped teeth for me, one of which had a chip repair done before by 2 previous dentists on the opposite side of the tooth. It wasn't noticeable but I could always see where that repair had been done. My teeth look so great now, and the repairs are so seamless, that not only can I not see the fillings where she repaired them, I also can no longer see the the filling from the old repair. She blended it so that neither of the fillings showed at all. If you need any dental work done, even if it's just routine preventative, go to West Town Dental in Ft. Mill & see Dr. Patel & her team. The X-ray technician was lively and fun to talk to she was very concerned about my discomfort and kept apologizing tho it didn't really hurt due to her skill. He doesn't create more work just to get more money. He's honest and knowledgeable. His staff is kind and courteous. There aren't a lot of bells and whistles but I don't need to walk into a dentist office and see that the decor costs more than my home. They do their best to fit you in for emergencies too which is huge.
