Today's visit was prompted by sensitivity to water in a tooth with an OLD filling. Made an appointment about a week ago and they were able to get me in fairly quickly. Got a call yesterday asking if I could come earlier. That was no problem. They were ready to go when I arrived without any wait. It was determined that I would need a crown, but not a root canal (the silver lining). They did all of the work immediately and sent off for my crown to be made. I could've come back as early as next week, but I couldn't make it. Start to finish the appointment was about 2.5 hours. The facilities here are adequate, but not state of the art. There are no tvs on your chair or stand in X-Rays, but they get the job done just the same and for less than most. Dr. Howell does an excellent job organizing her assistants so that her time is maximized. Best of all, Dr. Howell's prices are reasonable compared to her competitors. She offers a dental discount plan if you have no dental insurance for $225. It's worth it if you're having major work done.

That negligence caused me to get a severe infection that required surgery. I called the after hours number several time and no response. I had to go to the ER. After the 3rd call and after the ER visit she responded. When I went in she tried to pull another tooth instead of treating the infection. I refused treatment and asked her to refer me to a surgeon. After I healed from the surgery, I moved my family from this office for good. Tara is very Kirt in her approach, she's doesn't listen to her patients and I will never go back and I will never refer anyone to her.

He redid several filings with crowns before going back to the indication. He butchered the tooth causing a root canal and installed the crown with no base to support it. $5000 dollars later the tooth was removed and an implant is being installed. I have similar issue in a molar, tooth was butchered and root canal and crown installed incorrectly. That'll be another $2000 for a new crown with a dentist that care about his patients not the money he can make. Find another dentist that isn't selling crowns. He's the king of crown's
