My knee responded well to day one of PT - I already felt less pain in my knee. So day two I go in and the same receptionist greets me by name when I walk in (excellent customer service tactic), I pay my co-pay and immediately get started - NO WAIT TIME!! So day two I work with Austin. Austin read my records and immediately made me feel comfortable by asking about an exciting topic I had with Kerry the day before. I'm 75 years old and I've been suffering with knee pain for several years. 3 different surgeons have told me that I need both knees replaced because I'm bone on bone. My situation continued to worsen and I found myself on my surgeon's schedule to have both knees replaced. As part of the necessary PreOp, I needed to attend Physical Therapy. Wanting to be the best I could be going into surgery, I decided I would look for a really good PT individual to help me. My search led me to Matthew Schwartz and what a blessing. From the beginning, I felt his dedication to helping me. He watched me walk, took measurements of my current condition, made me a personal detailed exercise plan and closely monitored my progress. I was amazed at my progress. After a few weeks, I was functioning again. I ended up actually canceling both of my knee replacement surgeries. In addition, moving forward...
