Wouldn't you think one of the things a PT would be sympathetic to is someone in pain? Isn't part of their job to relieve pain? I didn't catch the woman's name, I don't think she even gave it to me (which I can almost confirm now given the other reviews here); but she had an attitude before I even sat down. She asked me why I would want to continue PT if I'm still in pain implying that it's pointless since I've already seen 2 other PTs this year. It never occurred to her that maybe these other people weren't treating me correctly? Or maybe I wanted to continue care locally? I included all of my medical DXs in the paper work online and when I told her I had a OLT she scoffed at me and said "you didn't mention that!" It was in the online paper work. Absolutely no sympathy. She was implying I should not do PT at all. She acted as if I was doing her a disservice by even showing up today and that the only time someone should do PT is if they can "cure" the problem. I wish she could experience what 1 day of my life is like living in constant pain, it's agonizing. Then maybe she'd be a little more sympathetic rather than just trying to pass me off to another doctor. Thanks for wasting my time, I took off time from work for nothing. I hope the owner sees this so we can pinpoint which therapist it was I saw today at 9am. Never going to any select locations ever. Thanks.

Still receiving bills even though I have paid my bill now 17 day business days ago. Will never be returning due to this billing issue not being taken care of in a timely fashion and I have to keep checking to see if my payment has been posted before I get charged a late fee!

Missy, Kay and Jackie set realistic goals for me and helped me meet of pass them.
