Went to get pedicures with my 5-year-old daughter. The woman nail tech doing my daughters feet was…read morebeing extremely rude. She started to yell and get violent. It scared my daughter and me. I wanted to leave. I told the staff i couldnt believe how she was acting. Someone else came to take over my daughers pedicure. They told me the woman was just having a bad day and wouldn't charge for my daughters' feet. That was the only thing that kept us there because i was about to leave. It wasn't a good atmosphere the whole time. the lady kept angrily staring at us from the back and walking around. THEN they ended up charging me half price for my daughter's pedicure. I was so upset i just wanted to get out of there. We have never been back and i used to go all the time for my nails. They ruined my daughters first experience. Extremely sad.

The young male nail tech cut both of my thumbs when filing them. They are super sore and in just over 24 hours my left great toe is red and throbbing. There is a small cut in the skin just adjacent to the nail, it is draining pus, and the skin is red and puffy = cellulitis a bacterial infection. I will not return. It probably depends on who your nail tech is, but mine was very aggressive with his filing.

I selected the $35 level pedi. When i left they tell me the total is $50. I asked why. They said $15 upcharge for gel nail polish !!! Which BTW, is all they offer. But never any mention about the upcharge. I hate that! Just be honest with the price. I will not be returning.

Went in and requested acrylic removal, and hard gel polish manicure. I specified that I wanted hard…read moregel as I have been growing my nails out and wanted to preserve my length. My natural nails were the entire length of my current acrylics. Instead of soaking my acrylics off (the way you are supposed to!!), he dremeled the edges, and then shoved a fresh nail tip under the edge and pryed the acrylics off. On my right hand, he RIPPED MY NAIL OFF. It bled and hurt badly. He put some blue liquid on it that stung. He then quickly cut the length off of all of the rest of my nails. Despite me having said I wanted to preserve my length. I'm assuming he was trying to match the length of the ripped nail. I have been growing my nails out for months. Months of work gone in seconds. It will be a miracle if my finger doesn't get infected. He then went to continue to work on my nails and I said I was done, I wanted to pay for the removal and leave. He insisted "no we can fix that!" Absolutely not. My finger is throbbing. The front desk tried to give me a bandaid. Like that would solve anything. They didn't make me pay so at least there is that. All of this to save the 15 minutes it would have taken to soak them off. I will never return. And I have been here many times. I have referred people here. Never again.

About 2 years…read moreago my friend recommended Jeannie's shop and I haven't been more pleased with anyone else since then. They don't use acrylic (which is awful for your nails), they only use gel/hard gel/gel putty. I went from getting acrylic for 7 years to hard gel and now just gel nail polish and my nails are stronger than ever. All of the employees are knowledgeable and sweet. Crystal is who does my nails and it never fails, she's always in a good mood, upbeat and is willing to tackle any crazy idea I have for a nail design. Even though half the time I never know what I want to do she always helps me figure it out. And don't let them stop you from thinking they only service your nails! They also offer massages, hair services and waxing! While I've only ever gotten my nails and waxing done here I've always seen the amazing hair services that leave the shop. For anyone considering making the switch to this shop, I could not give it a higher recommendation or speak more highly of this place! I'm treated like family basically and everyone is friendly and kind.
