Was taken back into the room and told they couldn't massage me because I disclosed on the paper about a medical condition I had that they wouldn't have caught from giving me a massage. They said they didn't have gloves on hand. Which I think should have been there already. Its not like I had Leprosy but I felt like I did when I left there. I made an appointment elsewhere and I will not be coming back here even if they are "prepared" for me. My paperwork wasn't read until 15 minutes before my appointment time and since I don't drive I had to pay $30 to get there.

I have gone to several massage therapists over the years but the search is now over! She is a very conscientious person who cares about her job and is a very strong people person. She seems to keep current in many of the methods of massage and is an encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to anatomy and muscle groups. She will talk to you during the massage if you want her to or she will remain silent if you want her to. I have purchased gift certificates from her and I am sure that the recipients will be thrilled with her. I highly recommend her.

The gal that was assigned to me, was so rough and focused so much on my back only then head, rubbing different spots with her knuckles repeatedly. Leaving me with painful bruising. She also pulled parts of my hair so tightly I was tearing and facial grimacing. Her technique was odd but far from being relaxing or therapeutic. I should have said something, truly, but I honestly don't feel with the language barrier that she would've understood. Also, it was not a full body massage in any part of the way. Mostly back hardly any legs or arms no feet. Although my husband's therapist may not have been as horrible as mine he did not enjoy it because he felt it was mainly back just like I had mentioned. There are two female therapists there, and regardless of any type of promotion or discount I do not recommend

When I arrived for my first session, I could not walk without pain. I knew I had come into the presence of a kind, compassionate soul. Fran asked me about my RA and then carefully and precisely started to work through my various areas of discomfort. My arms, the worst of it shoulders to fingertips had lost range of motion, grip and feeling. My finger didn't bend on my right hand. Through her skilled hands and time because it didn't happen over night. I regained proper grip and full range. Yes I do have a Rheumatologist and I get acupuncture. My whole team is aware and supportive of one another. But I am most definitely sure that Frans healing hands have changed the prognosis of my diagnosis. I would recommend anyone who would be interested in massage therapy look up Fran and book a session !!

Instead of providing a professional experience, the therapist repeatedly commented on his body, telling him he was "too skinny" and that "no woman wants a skinny man." The therapist then grabbed his hips and said, "Women don't want this. I can't even massage you because there's nothing there." These comments were completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and humiliating. No client should ever be body-shamed or made to feel inadequate because of their appearance. A massage therapist's job is to help clients feel comfortable and cared for, not criticize their body or make personal remarks about their attractiveness. My friend left feeling embarrassed, devastated, and far worse than when he arrived. I hope the business takes this seriously so no one else has to experience this kind of treatment.
