It was so hard to keep up with the mess and pet fur especially with a new baby in the house. I was on the fence of getting a cleaner but am so glad I did. I have it scheduled for every two weeks and look forward to the days they come and clean. Shout out to Team Luz for always doing such an amazing job!!

I chose this company because of the great reviews, and unfortunately, my experience was highly…read moredisappointing. I booked Spekless a month ago for a deep cleaning. I live in a 3 level townhome. The cleaning was booked for just the main and top floors, but was still over $300, including $30 for an oven cleaning. I'll start with the positive- customer service and communication was great - responsive and friendly. I was told the deep cleaning would take up to 3 hours. I was home to greet the cleaners and left my husband home while I ran an errand. My husband called literally an hour later and said they were done. I rushed home to check the work and found visible mold/ dirty in the shower, which is the ENTIRE reason I called a professional service. My stove cleaning was also not completed. I reported what I found to customer service and sent pictures. They apologized and scheduled for the cleaners to return - TWICE. They canceled each time, and in the end, never returned. I was granted a $30 refund for my oven and $20 credit for my next service. I would NOT recommend this company and will not return to book any additional services. Beware. UPDATE 9/29/26: Spekless Cleaning contacting me after my original review and offered a complimentary cleaning - including an oven cleaning. Yes, it would've been great to receive the proper service the first time around, but I truly appreciate their efforts in finding a resolution and it showed how much they value the opinions of customers. I'm adding 2 more stars to my review.

We've relied on Progressive Cleaning for traditional once/mo house cleaning (family of 5, no pets)…read moreservice for over a year. Our home is meticulously cleaned after each visit. Their service is consistently excellent. They get every crumb, leaf & sticky spot out of every corner of every room in our home. While the service is not cheap it seems to be the going rate in this area, and I have no regrets about paying for the service. The owner has not raised the rates on us since we started a year ago. Timing. The cleaning team is very reliable - they've never canceled on me. There have been times when they've needed to change the time frame on a particular day, but that was communicated to me as soon as the need to adjust was known. We are very satisfied with Progressive Cleaning.

We booked recurring office cleaning services with Progressive and had an extremely poor experience…read more Multiple teams they sent were unprofessional, rude, and did not clean properly. When we raised concerns on several occasions, the attitudes of some team members worsened rather than improved. During subsequent visits, staff made condescending and inappropriate remarks, creating an uncomfortable work environment. There was also an incident of petty theft that was caught on camera. When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this company for office cleaning services. (Update) And they are lying. I have many emails showing proof of theft and the team acknowledging the theft, of the conversations with the team of them returning the stolen items. These guys are scoundrels. Wow, I am not surprised , I also encountered very shady behaviors from their team during the work. If you do decide to give this company a try, please be careful.

I recently hired Rose Magic Cleaning to help clean our kitchen after our Thanksgiving holiday, and…read morethe experience was excellent from beginning to end. Getting an estimate was simple, and I was able to let Rosa know which services we would need and which ones were not as important. Rosa and her assistant arrived early, even though I was expecting them at 1:30 pm. The main task was to rinse and clean the dishes from our last meal, which we did not have energy for after cooking for nearly two days and managing our two-year old! They asked questions about where things should be put away, and where supplies were located and where the trash was located. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They didn't just do the basics, they really went above and beyond and did a deep clean of our counters, appliance cart, and microwave. The floors looked fantastic, the powder room looked great and small corners were taken care of. They were also careful with my belongings and moved through the house efficiently without rushing through cleaning. I offered extra to help clean our ceiling fan, which they took care of. It was clear their company team was friendly, respectful, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work.Rose Magic Cleaning will be who I call next time for reliable, high-quality cleaning services with a personal touch.
