My hair was overdue for a cut. I don't like getting my hair cut and tend to put it off until inevitably it must be done.  A friend recommended Cordata Hair. When I called,  they could see me right away. Tom listened to what I wanted,  looked at some pictures I brought in, and gave me a beautiful, precise haircut. He was meticulous every step of the way.  Also friendly,  but not requiring constant conversation. I've been to salons that rush you through and send you out covered in hair---- this was not the case.  He worked quickly but took the time to listen to my suggestions and edit the cut slightly at the end. When I left there was NO hair on my clothes. This was a $25 haircut! Even with a good tip, it's way more affordable than where I was going before. This place is an unassuming little tucked in hole in the wall that many people would likely pass by without really realizing it's there. All my family has gotten haircuts here and everyone was happy with the cut that they got. Communication can be a little difficult but it worked out. Will be bringing my kids here for back to school cuts soon. read more

Awful touch up ! T was rushed as usual, but this time she mixed the wrong color! awful!! My hair is completely gray - she touched me up with almost black root. My hair looks awful! and she argued that it looked good until she said she would give me highlights to correct the SO OBVIOUS error - which I declined. AWFUL! read more

Brought my son in for a light trim to his curly hair. This woman absolutely mangled it, cut out all of the curl. A barbershop featuring blind barbers using pruning shears would give better haircuts. If you are looking to play a horrible prank on someone, recommend this place. read more

I came to this place upon the recommendation of a colleague. I was looking for something cheap but also presentable, which is exactly what I got. This place is run by a Vietnamese lady named Tee and she is very lovely. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment and showed up on time. There was no wait. She cut my hair in 25 minutes and charged $12 for the cut (not including tip). Perhaps the only thing that I could complain about was the fact that the cleanup afterwards was not the most thoughtful since I was left with more loose hair on my head and clothes than other places I've been to. However, to find this fault was really splitting hairs (no pun intended). I was going to go home and shower anyways but I would admit that during the drive back home, I was a little concerned about getting loose hair in my car. read more

Great haircut for $12 and the best thing is they do walk-ins. I recently moved here and after paying $25 at Regis I figured I should look elsewhere for a more affordable option. If you just need a quick cut sans fancy decor or pampering---stop by Cordata Hair. Would leave 5 stars but there was a lot of hair after the clean-up and it was all over my shirt and neck. The haircut look nice. I'm not upset about the way they treated me or my haircut but I'm complaining about me not being able to understand the language of one of the ladies that was there. It was my fault that I did not look at the sign to see what the prices are. I asked her when I walked and how much it was for haircut and she said $ $15 and then for a style it would be $18. When it came time to finish with paying after my haircut she printed out a receipt for $33. Most people do not charge $15 extra 4 a shampoo and style. Most people only charged $5 more. I didn't expect that she was going to curl my hair and do all these things and not the end I was deceived thinking that I was just paying three more dollars to get everything else. I was very disappointed by that because there's a language barrier. I recommend you just to get a haircut and don't get a shampoo and style because that just adds way more cost to the haircut. I've never been charged $15 more 4 style and shampoo and Incredibly disappointed. I may go there to get my haircut again but I will not do all the extras. She was also very rough on my hair and my scalp and it hurt when she was washing my hair. I'm disappointed about that as well. read more
