I came here with my friends after walking up to the Sacré-Coeur and was incredibly disappointed by the service here. The location for this pub is perfect, it has a beautiful outdoor patio and a great view of one of the stairways up to the Sacré-Coeur. However, the staff member that served us was hostile and angry when speaking with us. For a pub, the drinks were made very very poorly and tasted really bad. We were also charged 6€ for a bottle of water, which was much higher than any other restaurant or bar we had gone to. Wouldn't recommend, even though the location is ideal. read more

Stopped in for a drink, but when we went to use the toilets, the hand soap was long gone. The thought of pub employees using these toilets skeeved us out, so we decided to leave before putting in an order. As we left, the manager made a point to greet us at the exit with a hearty "fu** you" for using his bathroom without purchase. If you're looking for a restaurant where losing 0.2 cents on toilet paper takes priority over clean hands, then go to Corcoran's -- the most Irish pub in France. read more

If you want decent priced drinks and sticky elbows from the bar then this is the Irish pub in Paris for you. Great views in a good location but wasn't the cleanest. Seemed like a good tourist place to watch a soccer game and get a cold beer. The patio was cool looking over the city except for the fact there are gypsies everywhere trying to steal your spare change every two seconds but that's Paris. Maybe I'll give them another star if I'm in Paris again and they use some cleaning supplies on the place, that's not too much to ask for right? read more

Good beer, but food poor. My fish came out cold inside. After pointing it out, they took a very long time to make another one (which was average at best) and dropped my drink from the bill. The starter I got was very average as well. Maybe stick to the beer at this place. read more

We only had drinks here but what a fun spot in a super cool location. We passed by on our way up to Sacre Coeur and stopped in on our way down. We did not eat but saw wait staff with food that looked delicious. Staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. read more

Hands down the best place to watch soccer in Paris. Enormous screen, with dozens of other flatscreens, with every possible satellite channel you have imaginable. Have been here dozens of times with a Meetup group I help to run and they always treat us with courtesy and class. Highly recommended as a place for that, but also a good night spot if you're into the tourist crowd :-) read more

A fun Irish Pub with great style, the best view, set in the most beautiful area of Paris (Montmartre/Sacre-Cœur... need I say more?!), charming service, lots of yummy food and a huge choice of draft beers! Very chilled out during the week and all night party-time on the weekends. I even got an inspired off-the-menu salad once - and the shepherd's pie is delicious! Go for a coffee, Sunday lunch, to see a football ball/Rugby match or on a night out with your friends! After hiking all those steps this pub was a welcome respite from the rain. Friendly staff is more than happy to brings you a pint of your favorite Irish beer. TVs everywhere feature Euro sporting events. Subtract one star for the food which is pricey and nothing special. read more

Staying just along the road on Boulevard de Chapelle, Corcoran's Sacre Coeur was almost a nightly stopover for me. The pub has several large screen TV's on which they are currently showing multiple world cup soccer games and other sport, serves good food, great beer and has pretty much nightly events. The bar staff are from all over the world but speak excellent English as well as whatever level of French and Spanish. I'd guess pretty good on those two too. The staff are excellent, helpful and the night before I left I actually felt sad to be leaving new friends behind. I was made to feel welcome from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I left on my last night. read more

The drinks are not expensive for the localization and the kind of pub. I was there for a rugby match and I can tell that the atmosphere was good. Had a great time at Corcoran's! Located just next to the Sacré Coeur, this beautiful pub provided a great place to pause, have a drink, and relax. We visited this Irish theme bar the Friday before the France v England 6 nations match. It was very busy due to Gullivers rugby tourists visiting for their free pint? The pub is immediately below the Sacre Coeur church and has great views (probably the best) over Paris. The only downside is the price of the drinks. A 1/2 litre of Guinness was 8€, a bit steep, like the steps below, to be fair, otherwise a great location to have refreshments having climbed the 200 steps below! read more

I had the club chicken sandwich while my friend had the chicken caesar salad. Both dishes were good and we had a nice view over looking the city. Despite all the tourists because of location, the restaurant was relatively empty. It was a comfortable night watching the light disappear from the sky. The service was great and friendly. Corcoran's is a true authentic Irish pub! Though I am saddened that they did not have powers whiskey to serve, the bartenders, Benedict and Claire made my entire visit more than worth while!!! I highly recommend stoping in for a pint!!! read more

Today my friends and I, ventured into this pub for a well deserved pint after climbing all of the stairs. My friend headed to the bar to get our drinks, whilst I needed the ladies room. The server chased me down the stairs to demand if i would be ordering a drink, to which I responded that yes my friend was already ordering the drinks at the bar whilst I went to the loo. The server demanded that I ordered a drink first and whilst I tried to explain that my friend was already ordering my drink she physically picked up a notice board and told me "it was not a public restroom". After trying to explain that my friend was already ordering my drink, she demanded i go to the bar and order a drink before I use the restroom. The server told me I could clearly read english and that I had to go order a drink first. She was very hostile and was trying to physically push me out of the bar...my friend at this point was still trying to order drinks. I told her she was being incredibly discourteous, to which she responded "welcome to paris, we are not nice". Given I am a resident in paris and she was not French herself, I found this utterly ridiculous. We left immediately, no drinks at all! Disgraceful. read more
