She was never called back. By 4:45 pm, my daughter texted me to let me know that she's still waiting to be called in so i came inside to check what was going on and at that point, the receptionist stated she thought my daughter was "waiting for someone," which was confusing and concerning. If patients are required to sign in, it is reasonable to expect that the sign-in sheet is actively reviewed. Otherwise, the purpose of having patients sign in is unclear. My daughter even told me that one of the receptionist with blond hair acknowledged her when she waved hello and signed in her name so I don't understand why the other receptionist twisted things around saying they didn't know my daughter was there for her appointment and requested us to reschedule to another day. I took time off work and pulled my daughter out of school early for this appointment, only for our time to be wasted and the blame shifted onto a minor who had properly checked in. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. We will not be returning.

Primrose was one of the rare few offices open on Saturdays so save yourself time calling a bunch of other offices and come here! I was able to get an invisalign bottom clear retainer impression for future proofing and extra added assurance on top of my bonded retainer repair. This was disappointing to hear since I had braces as a teenager and diligently wore my retainers after my braces were off, yet some issues were left unresolved by my previous orthodontist. I heeded my dentist's advice, and I visited two orthodontic offices, one of them being Primrose Orthodontics. Both offices did confirm my dentist's concerns and that I would need braces. I ended up choosing Primrose Orthodontics for my braces treatment! Their quote was more affordable, and they also had newer, more advanced technology that the other office did not. However, what stood out to me the most was that Dr. Luu and his staff were very friendly and kind, so I felt at ease during my consultation with them. I just had my braces put on at their office, and the process was pretty quick (around an hour). After I was done, they went over some guidelines I needed to follow. They even gave me a tote bag full of goodies which was so sweet! I feel very confident I chose the right place to do my treatment, and I'm excited to start my braces journey with them. Here are some key aspects that really caught my eye- organization, final alignment result and staff Organization: The office is clean, tidy, and organized. The staff is great with booking appointments and keeping to their schedules without rushing their patients. They must've found a sweet spot for amount of staff because most of my visits I was seen as soon as I signed in. The longest I waited was 10 minutes. I think that's great considering how many patients they see and factoring in cancelations or procedures that require a little more time to be thorough. I did appreciate the amount of text reminders for my appointments. It was enough without being bombarding. Adjustments/alignments/final result: My adjustments were painless, quick and thorough. There were times where my teeth were sensitive during some procedures, but very doable. It helped to know that Dr. Y and her assistants gave full attention to body reactions or signals to stop what they are doing. I am pleased with the final result of my teeth alignment and will now be wearing my retainer as directed. Staff- Professional, warm, and knowledgable. Dolores and Sylvia were the two main ladies that would help book my appointments and chatted with me which started my dental visits of on a happy note. When I sat in my seat I was greeted by either Angie, Alan, or Allie who assisted the doctor. Aside from having fun conversations with them, they are great at what they do and are ready to adjust anything that doesn't feel right. Then there is my orthodontist Dr. Y.
