During this time I had to go to the Wilmington location a few times and each time was very frustrating and unpleasant The staff there are very rude The manager Yvette runs that office like a mean girls High School clique instead of a staff who loves their patience. Recently I decided to allow my child to go into the Wilmington location because it was closest. But It took no time for my child to call me and asked me to see another dentist because He didn't feel welcomed and they were rude. After that visit I he was told that he needed to correct something before he could be seen again which was utterly ridiculous and a waste of my time. Because I found out that there was no error in fact this was a clerical error made by the Wilmington Office. When I called to speak with office manager Yvette accepted no accountability nor an apology. Instead she was very defensive and started making excuses for why my son needs to be seen at the Los Angeles location she's been stated that the doctor does not do whatever this minor procedure was in their office. Which is not true because I've been seeing at the woman's office for a similar treatment. I decided to take him to the Los Angeles location to save me the frustrated I'm dealing with the Wilmington office. Angel who is also a Wilmington staff member as well. Him and another individual said in front of my son that there is a reason why the Wilmington office does not want to treat my son. Now I'm well aware that they don't want to treat me but my child. I would never think that someone could be so unprofessional as to be rude and unwelcoming to my child. I was extremely upset and decided to call the office manager Yvette who was shocked to know what was said to my son regarding their office not wanting to provide care for hi. And now knowing that that was repeated she wanted pretend like she was concerned and then offered me a half ass apology with no reasoning behind the poor treatment that was received. Like I said if you want care from a staff that enjoys doing what they do and genuinely will take care of both you and your children then visit the Los Angeles Office. I wish I could give no Stars or negative Stars for the Wilmington office!
