I have only been to LBP one other time before and it was a location not far from the University metro station by the Sandman Hotel also in Longueuil right across the bridge from La Rond. That place was tiny and had maybe 6 parking spots. This one had a counter and menu that looked to be over 50 feet long! They had so many choices from spaghetti, burgers, steamies, subs, but I went back to an old standard which is a smoked meat sandwich and I upgraded the fries in the #5 combo to a poutine for another 3.50. Their food is decent and their poutine is true not only because we're in Quebec but the squeak if you know what I'm talking about is there. This is Quebec and some things have to be right. There was a sign saying they served breakfast till 11am on weekdays and till 1pm on weekends. I could see this place being busy but for whatever reason the time I went (430pm on a Monday) it was dead quiet but the food was served fast and the staff were quite happy to serve. When in Rome how can you go wrong with the native food?
