I thought that this quality of work would've been thousands of dollars to repair based on what other shops kept telling me. They wanted to cut my door apart and do all kinds of crazy stuff. Called this company, while more expensive they fixed it without mentioning the need to do that. I left Marcos with my car and watched some TV inside while not totally knowing what to expect. About an hour and a half later, Marcos called me and showed me a perfect repair. I legitimately can't tell that it was hit anymore. The lighting isn't great for photos at the moment but I'll be trying to add some later for anyone who's looking for examples of the work. While a bit more expensive than the cheapest route, this shop will get it done right the first time. I'll 100% only be working with this brand for dents in the future.

My 2025 Lexus IS 350 F Sport (Iridium) got several dings at the left side (Front door 1 scratch,…read moremid-depth; Back door 4 scratches, 1 very deep, the other 3 light to medium-depth), as my parking neighbour is very carelessly open her doors and hit my doors, very often, even the parking space is wide enough for careful drivers. I requested quote via Yelp! with pictures of damages. I got a fast reply from Leo (WJL Body Shop), which sounds very reasonable, comparing to some other service providers. So, the 2nd day, I by chance passed by to let Leo have a better look to know which way is a better approach to fix the issue. I arrived at alomst 6 pm, and the workshop was very busy. Leo moved one SUV from the workstation, and let me to park there for a better inspection and potential treatment. Leo's father took care of my car immediately. He checked each scratch thoroughly and told me that most of the damages could be erased by polishing without the need of painting, except the deepest scratch on my back door panel. It will looks much better than it is before polishing, but we can't make it disappear at all. Because it is a comparatively tiny scratch, it is not worth painting the whole panel. I agreed and the gentleman proceed with process of surface treatment (sanding) and polishing. Within 10 mins, my doors have been refreshed and look nice again, except that deepest scratch, which has been inobvious. I am happy with the result, without painting or touching up. When I checked the service fee I should pay, Leo's dad, the gentleman said that no need to pay anything. I was not sure and checked with Leo perhaps I could paid the previously quoted price, but he said his daddy makes the call. Then, his daddy just said no need to pay for that favor I just got. I really appreciate that, especially at present day. If my car got more damages in the future, I will definitely look for services from WJL Body Shop, as I trust Leo and his dad, in their personalities and skills. Thank you, Leo, and your daddy!

On 8-19-25 I took my car to Rainbow Paint & Body, under the instructions of State Farm Insurance. Two days later they sent the estimate cost of the repair: $10,126.27. On 8-22-25, or about it, I called Rainbow Paint & Body and asked them to give my car back, that I would take it to another body shop, they refused it and said that I have to pay $900+ for the work already done and "restocking charges" (Tesla takes about 2 weeks to deliver the parts and Rainbow was not even close to receive them, there is not restocking).
