My 5 star rating is really attributed to Darrell, who was the only person I communicated with and he delivered with stellar results in timely fashion. Darrell was professional and super cordial on the phone and was quick to explain their prices, the process and the estimated print time. After a quick email with my printing attachments, he was able to call me back and give me a realistic timeline for my print job. In less than 24 hours, he was able to produce several high quality print jobs on foam board (36x24) and charged me $60 each. While I'm aware they're not cheap, they're not nearly as expensive as any print job I dealt with back in NYC. (#1) Plus, the work was again, outstanding. While I used them for boards / posters, I know they can handle far more complicated print projects. Their services also include business cards, marketing brochures, books / booklets, maps, blueprints, charts, menus, t-shirts, and even laminations. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. It was an easy process and the perfect place to utilize printing on a whim. Thank you Darrell for being the man. ____________ (#1) Yes, yes, NY is expensive.

This location is able to get all of that done and more. It's also one of the only stores in the area that has its own (small'ish) parking lot. I'm not sure how they monitor it on the weekends, but it's got plenty of traffic during the week. Yet, I've never seen more than a handful of people in here and thus I'm never concerned about lines or anyone hogging machines. It's also clean and organized, which is always a bonus. The customer service isn't the warmest. I get a very transactional feeling whenever I'm talking to someone behind the counter. The prices are already spendy, especially for simple prints and urgent send-offs. The latter is understandable, but the staff could always be a little friendlier knowing I'm about to drop big bucks for a small shipment. Ultimately, I'm not mad at this location and can see myself utilizing them a lot since I'm in this part of town (way too) often.

There are several locations across the city, but this particular location was able to help me in a big way. The first thing that I appreciated was their swift communication. An email led to a phone call, which lead to a quick quote. They were professional the entire time and extremely good about conveying what specific print sizes were needed. The second was the quote itself, which was substantially less than several other services that I shopped around with. They were able to break down the price in a way that made sense, but more importantly was affordable in a timely manner. What I appreciated most was the print quality itself, which looked sleek and colorful. Given that all of this was accomplished in several hours, I couldn't be more satisfied. I will look to them for future print jobs and will continue to recommend them to others who are looking for the same.

So I went back inside and believe it or not the person who I thought didn't care and didn't want to help me went above and beyond and even checked for errors. She looked over it twice. I was brought to tears because I was so stressed because I had to get the documents over to court. I was so pleased that I even called back the FedEx number to get the customer service department where you usually file complaint to send her a compliment or to let them know how amazing she was and how she turned everything around. Sometimes you think people don't want to help you when the fact is they don't even necessarily mean you any harm, you just have to ask the right questions. I don't know her name, but I'm so glad that she was there to help me today.
