They then responded very quickly (within two business days) after running technical calculations as to the potential capability and benefits of having solar. They told me not to worry because they would come out and remove the panels and replace them for free if the roof needed replacement. Five years later my roof started to leak. I think it may have been from the weight of the heavy concrete blocks they used to hold the panels down. All Energy Solar refused to help me. I ended up paying someone else $1100 to remove the panels and I lost all the moeny I had invested in the solar panels. So don't get solar panels put on your roof unless you know the roof will outlast the solar panels.

Pay off from saving per my calculations at about 18 years but that is a rough estimate. You have to be careful when the estimator sizes your system, especially here in MN and especially how much snow we had in the 2022-2023 winter. Jay reviews the numbers with you. He goes over the details and he is honest. I love my system. I am very happy with the install.

There have been many unexplained delays and very poor customer service…read more There have been many damages to my property. My garage door was damaged. I paid my handyman to repair this. My electric outlet near the breaker box was damaged. I paid my handyman to repair this. A trench was dug across my property and was not filled in. This was unsafe for me and my horses. They have not filled it in properly. i paid my handyman to make temporary repairs. For months they said that they would fill it in, but they have not done so, despite many reminders. They cut through some stall mats and did not tell me. I only found out because a sighted friend pointed out the damage. I had to bug them to have the mats replaced. They repeatedly let animals out of enclosures and endangered horses by giving them access to feed rooms. (One of the most common ways that horses die is to colic after overeating grain.) I am blind, they read the contract to me and reassured me that they would cover the cost of tree removal. Now they want me to pay for tree removal, which is necessary in order for the solar panels to receive sunlight.. I ask that they complete the project. Require employees to manage care better on properties with livestock and pets. Pay for the removal of 3 trees that interfere with the solar project. ($5,000) Reimburse for my repair of their damages to my electric outlet, garage door and repairs on the trench. Compensate for inconvenience and poor management of the project. $2000 They need to reach out with an appropriate offer for resolution.

They told me there was absolutely no financial risk of the project didn't go through. After months of inconsistent/conflicting answers, they told me that they had major concerns about my garage. (Other solar companies have recommended a new roof but that my garage is structurally sound.) So I asked WR to cancel the project. Now I'm being told that I'm on the hook for closing costs of almost $1200. Sure, I'll take responsibility that I didn't see that I'm the contract but WR told me several times there was no financial risk of cancelling. Trying to work with customer service to resolve this situation has also been a nightmare. They are not taking responsibility for any of this. Will update if any sort of resolution is offered. Absolute nightmare to work with. Terrible communication. Inconsistent and false information.
