Lost my package and shipped it to Oregon (I'm in GA), was a week ago and customer service still…read morewill not give me an update. Wayfair keeps pushing the package delayed date further out, but won't let me request a re-ship, but they refuse to help. I've already lost over $200 in aquarium plants. My fish are getting pretty aggressive. This was only intended to be for a few days as the are still quite small, but they've now been without a update since Friday 4/17. Emails to higher ups get ignored. Phone calls are nothing but platitudes with a promise that there's nothing they can to until it reaches the final destination acres the country. These guys are total jokes and obviously care about nothing other than their was al street growth. They have trying just a customer today. I made an offer on an open box 1050ti (marked up 40$ compared to amazon's new product) and the salesman was very rude. He said he couldn't negotiate, which is reasonable. But then the fact that he turned his back and walked away was so rude. I won't set foot in here again. The salesman couldn't sell me anything and didn't even try. I think if I'm going to overpay, then I should get some service, but Computer Care offered me neither.
