Technology Unlimited is a true gem in our community…read more I've had the pleasure of working with Thomas Johnson Jr., the owner and tech consultant, on both professional IT challenges and personal tech issues--and I genuinely cannot recommend him enough. Thomas is the kind of expert you hope to find: honest, responsive, and deeply committed to helping his customers. His rates are more than fair, his turnaround time is impressive, and his solutions are always spot-on. Most recently, he repaired my laptop just in time to save a major work project. It was a stressful situation, and Thomas came through! That level of care and reliability is rare, and it's exactly why I continue to refer Technology Unlimited to friends, colleagues, and anyone in need of trustworthy tech support. If you're looking for a computer repair business that combines technical expertise with genuine customer care, look no further than Technology Unlimited. So grateful!

I own a boutique and needed some custom-made screen printed tees for a giveaway for Black Friday…read more I had a very bad outcome with the previous business I used for screen printing. I decided to call The Jersey Shoppe hoping and praying I would find a trustworthy screen printer. They were such a breath of fresh air from the moment I called them. The employees were so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The pricing was also reasonable so I decided to go with them and not call any other business. Before they printed the tees, they provided me a mock-up for approval; then, they communicated with me regarding status of the tees. They clearly understood that I needed them to look great because I needed my customers to love the tees enough to WANT to wear them (because they had my business logo on them). They had the shirts ready as promised (in less than two weeks) and they looked AMAZING!!! I am SO HAPPY to say I will definitely ONLY use Jersey Shoppe for my screen printing needs in the future.

Upon first entering this small establishment, you may be skeptical given the rows and piles of…read morecables and peripherals instead of shiny new boxed items or when you are first greeted by a kind, modest lady instead of an awkward, excessively over/under-weight nerd. But do not be mistaken, the owners of this store definitely know what they are doing and readily provide timely and thorough service for whatever your needs. I've called and visited several times for small issues while building my own desktop and Doreen (the aforementioned lady) has always been more than accommodating and resolved any problems I had with ease, and she refused to accept payment because she deemed my problems only minor issues. In addition, while many items the store has for sale can be dated or used, you won't find a more fair price anywhere (even Newegg.com, my favorite). Actually, I recently donated my older, fully-functional Lexmark printer and Doreen said she'd give it away to someone who needed a printer, so if anyone's in need of a free printer...

Both units were giving error codes and the repair process should have been fairly straightforward. After over two months and numerous phone calls during which I was either hung up on or given the runaround, I finally had to get in my car and drive FOUR hours to reclaim my merchandise. When I arrived, the staff was rude and hostile, and demanded that I pay $130 to get my items back. Having no choice, I forked over the $130, and now that I am home I cannot even get either unit to power on. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
