I rediscovered C! after my disappointing service at the Sherway Garden's Lenscrafters. Less than two years ago I purchased at Lenscrafters a very beautiful pair of Chanel eyeglasses. I was very happy with the eyeglasses until one of the arms broke off. When I returned to Lenscrafters they told me that they could not fix the eyeglass arm and I would have to purchase a new pair of glasses. I was also followed about by very attentive and courteous staff trying their best to sell me another pair of prescription eyeglasses. The best Lenscrafters could do for me was to provide a temporary sleeve over the arm. However, the temporary repair prevented me from folding the eyeglasses away when not in use. I took a chance with C! Opticians: met the owner and he told me that my glasses could be repaired! This made sense to me because the Chanel eyeglasses which required the repair are high end and expensive. Within two weeks my glasses were repaired with a new arm sent in from Chanel's "repairs shop" from Italy. The glasses are as good as new! I then proceeded to purchase another pair of Chanel reading eyeglasses. They have a blue frame and the lenses are also far superior to the lenses which I had previously purchased at Lenscrafters. A better lens is important for me because I do much detail work and read much fine print. It is also great to have fine lenses in great designer frames! Much to my surprise,the cost of the new purchased C!s glasses were a little less than for a pair of similar glasses at Lenscrafters and this is with superior lenses! Furthermore, such lenses are not offered by Lenscrafters because they use their own in-house lens products, made with their bottom line considerations and unfortunately do not have the quality of lenses or service as offered by C! I do not have issues with retailers and services provided with the intention of making profits and satisfying customers/clients. But the service and products at C! are better than that of its chain or franchise competitors. I will be returning to C! for my future pairs of prescription eyeglasses: assured that I will receive the best service and products possible. In everything... there's is good, better, best. When it comes to eye care... why would anyone settle for anything but the best??? I did my due diligence and looked at all the options in frames at various eye glass establishments so I felt prepared to make a selection. I had a visit with Pearl Vision and another place I can't remember the name of, and an actual appointment with Lenscrafters on the day I thankfully stopped in to see what C! had to offer me. Thank goodness I stopped in to C! Best thing I ever did. Not only was the eye glass selection unique, the great customer service and education I received was outstanding. Lisa was great and Tony was amazing. He explained so much and he earned my trust as a result. Dr. Salazar, the Optician was amazing as well because I had the most thorough eye exam I ever had and she took the time to also explain all the details to me. Need eye glasses? I've been a long time customer of Lenscrafters. I recently broke my glasses and in a panic went to their Sherway location to see if they were able to repair them. They told me even though the glasses were their product, they were not repairable. The sales woman did not offer to take a closer look, consult a technician in the back or look online to see if they could order a part. On top of it all, she started pressuring me into buying a new pair. I wear my glasses 24/7 and cannot see without them. As you can imagine, I started to panic even more. I walked over to C! in hopes they would be able to help. Tony took one look at my glasses, went online and ordered a new part from Italy on the spot. He also taped up my glasses so that I could still wear them until the part arrived. Tony put in the extra effort to make me feel comfortable and was extremely accommodating. I had an absolutely wonderful experience. I have an eye appointment booked for next week and will be ordering my new glasses from C!. Thank you to Tony and the team! read more

If you are looking for an experience that includes quality, style, honesty, excellent customer service, great follow-up and competitive pricing then you need to visit C Opticians. Tony and his team have fitted my entire family with all of our eyewear and eye care needs for many years now. I won't go anywhere else. They carry the latest styles and some of the best designers frames. If they don't have it, they will get it for you. They aim to please. They have prices and styles to suit all budgets and taste. I think what I like most about shopping at C is that I have never felt sales pressure, and can always count on their straightforward approach and honest opinion to tell me if something doesn't suit me. Absolutely incredible! Not only does Copticians have an incredible selection of frames, but their staff is also professional, honest, and just all around wonderful. I cannot ever put into words how grateful I am for Tony. Finding out that my 2 year old son needed glasses was so worrisome; but when I went to see Tony, he not only helped me find a pair of glasses that fit him well (and that my son actually loved to wear), but he also reassured me that all would be well. When my son put his glasses on for the first time, he looked at me, cried, and said "Mommy, I can see you now!" That moment is forever etched in my heart, and I owe that to Tony and staff. Finally, during this crazy covid-time, my son accidentally broke his glasses, & (with all social distancing measures in place), Tony was able to repair them. I am so unbelievably thankful. Purchased glasses here today and was very impressed with the service. Went in, talked with the owner, Tony, for a few minutes and then he knew exactly what I was looking for. He pulled out three pairs of glasses from a German designer for me to try on. They were all unique, high end, and hand made. The second ones I tried on ended up being the ones that I chose. I was looking for something unique but flattering, and that is exactly what I got. He made picking out glasses, which I had expected to take many trips to different stores searching for the perfect pair, easy and fast. I'll be getting Nikon lenses, the best quality that I can get. The price was very affordable for the quality I'll be getting and I was very pleased with my experience there. I had a very good experience at C! Opticians at Sherway Gardens. I was very frustrated, because Lenscrafters didn't carry the frames I wanted, so I randomly decided to look in on the store. I'm very glad I did. The service was very, very good. I was working with Ayzhan, I believe, and she assured me immediately that they would beat any price that had been quoted to me by any of their competitors. They also explained why their lenses were better than the pre-made ones that Lenscrafters carries; C! custom cuts the lenses for your frames and they are made with higher quality materials. And they did, in fact, quote me a price that was $50 cheaper than the exact same frames/lens combo from Lenscrafters. If you can afford to wait 2 weeks for your glasses, I highly recommend going with this store. read more

AMAZING! Me and my fiancee have been getting lenses from here for a while now, We've gotten five lenses from here (we like to look good) and each of them has been absolutely amazing! The lenses are clear, no glares, durable, very affordable, comfortable, and they fit perfectly. A couple weeks ago I decided to go for a more sophisticated yet quirky look and but I couldn't find anything online that I liked, I walked into C! and found the PERFECT glasses within minutes (Chanel)! Every experience I have had with C! has been more and more awesome! I am so happy with this store I recommend it every time I can. I went to C! Opticians, at the downtown location, because I had broken my brand new frames. I check out another optician in the area, where I originally bought them, and would have to wait several weeks, before I could have new ones shipped from Italy. Not only C! Optician fixed my old frame, at no cost, but was able to order new ones, from Italy, in just a few days. That's what I call service, professionalism and customer care. I sure have found my new optician :) and would not hesitate to recommend them for all your eye wear. Their selection is excellent and Tony and his team were excellent and very helpful. I had recently decided to buy a new pair of frames when I next updated my eye glass prescription. I decided that I wanted something designer and trendy. My friend recommended shopping at C! Opticians based on her previous fantastic experiences with the exemplary store. My experience definitely followed suit! Not only were they friendly and inviting but the sales rep spent a lot of time making sure I found my perfect pair of glasses. Above all else, C! Opticians matched or improved any offers I had gotten elsewhere, saving me (an unemployed student) A LOT of money on my designer frames and prescription lenses! I had both an eye exam and bought my first pair of glasses here. I highly recommend them. I had my eye test with Sayda and she was amazing. So sweet, informative, and really helpful. I was 4 months pregnant at the time and she explained the ins and outs of how pregnancy effects eye sight. Tony helped me pick out my glasses. Again, like another reviewer had written, the very first pair that he picked out for me were the ones that ended up buying. Of course I tried on about 10 others, but he was right from the beginning. It was time to purchase new eyeglasses for me. I wanted something unique, stylish and comfortable. I first visited the big name stores but found that their selection was all generic looking frames. I didn't want a frame that a lot of people have ~ fortunately I found C! Opticians at Sherway Gardens Mall. The store is beautiful; chic, smart and unique. The sales associate was not pushy or fake. She asked what I was looking for and suggested a few frames that complemented my needs and the shape of my face. We are delighted to say that from onboarding to finished products ,the customer experience was exceptional. We had friendly, professional and courteous staff guide us through the myriad of choices followed by a high level eye exam, finished with a meeting with the owner/ manager of the store who double checked that our expectations would match the finished glasses. I met Tony approximately 3 months ago. I took my Prada sunglasses in to see if anything could be done about the scratches on the lenses. He told me that he could have the lenses replaced, which was great! He did such nice job, I brought my other Prada sunglasses and had the same thing done. The store also has a great selection of sunglasses and Tony is very personable and will go out of his way to help you! Thank you once again Tony and I've highly recommended you to my friends as well. The staff at this store is amazing. I went in to look for glasses and sunglasses and they were very respectful of my budget. The frames are about the same prices, if not lower, as any of the other stores. The lenses are a little more expensive than some other stores, but the quality is way better. This is the first time I've put on new glasses and could actually see clearly. Definitely recommend spending the extra on the Nikon lenses. I recommend this store to everyone I know. read more

This shop leans toward high-end frames, but Tony and the rest of the staff have extensive knowledge of the latest lens technology and deal with the best lens manufacturers such as Nikon. I'm really pleased with my new glasses; the clarity is the best I've had so far with bi-focal progressive lenses and there's no peripheral distortion. They cost little more than popular big name opticians, but it was worth it. read more
