Jeremy specifically is extremely helpful and just a cool guy, always goes out of his way to help however he can. When I notified him that there was a large pothole in the parking lot, he thanked me for the heads up and made sure it got patched up immediately. I've seen firsthand how random clowns come in looking to start trouble and being rude. The negative reviews are coming from those people. If you come in like a normal person and behave, you will be greeted by nothing but professional courtesy. Don't act like a fool and then whine when you are dealt with accordingly.

I filled the broken one according to the gauge on the air pump and then the second. The car sensor told me to stop on the second tire when the hand gauge read 33/ instead of the actual 42. So I decided to ask for another gauge inside to double check the first. They refused. After I insisted they finally gave me one. ( the owner kept refusing). So long story short .... 38lbs was actually 70lbs. When I told the owner he made a joke and made it clear he would do nothing. FYI that would cause a blow out and potentially kill someone. Not a laughing matter. Please be carful!

Then, they ended up doing me a solid and not even charging me. I fear my own ignorance of how things work wasted some time for both of us, but they were so nice about it. Customer for life! Also, honestly, you can tell that these are northeastern car guys if that makes sense. Maybe I'm wrong, but having grown up in Morris County, NJ, this shop reminds me of some of the local places there where they live and breathe car, like build race cars and stuff as a hobby. Gas prices were really good, some of the lowest I've seen in CT. It's a tiny station, but clean and well organized. I decided we needed a snack and went inside. They have a pretty standard convenience store layout, with all the standard stuff. The reason this place gets 5 stars is the service. There was a bit of a line, and the clerk was super nice to everyone. There was a little kid who was a little bit short, and she covered him. Just really one of the nicest people I've run across at a gas station.

I'm sticking to Ridgefield Car Wash because I live here, and the location is convenient. But I do have a complaint. I have a mid-size SUV. Wash goes great, but when I come out there is always these shorter ladies, who I'm sure are great people (they're really really nice, and they smile all the time), but they're too short!! They can't dry my car properly. When I leave, the bottom half of my car is dry, but the top half is wet (and the soap they use leaves marks when it dries). These shorter ladies can't reach my windshield. So they wipe the sides, but the middle stays wet. Again, I think these ladies are so nice. But I wish management would place people there who can reach the windshield of a mid-sized suv. When they taller guys are there, it's all good. They wipe down my windshield brilliantly. But I will stay. I hear the carwash on the 7 towards Wilton is a great place to get your car washed. It's just so far. But I'm considering it.
