I have a monthly subscription - about $45/month, which is high compared to other places. I get a wash, dry, and tire black for that price. I'm sticking to Ridgefield Car Wash because I live here, and the location is convenient. But I do have a complaint. I have a mid-size SUV. Wash goes great, but when I come out there is always these shorter ladies, who I'm sure are great people (they're really really nice, and they smile all the time), but they're too short!! They can't dry my car properly. When I leave, the bottom half of my car is dry, but the top half is wet (and the soap they use leaves marks when it dries). These shorter ladies can't reach my windshield. So they wipe the sides, but the middle stays wet. Again, I think these ladies are so nice. But I wish management would place people there who can reach the windshield of a mid-sized suv. When they taller guys are there, it's all good. They wipe down my windshield brilliantly. But I will stay. I hear the carwash on the 7 towards Wilton is a great place to get your car washed. It's just so far. But I'm considering it. read more

They do a great job. Almost like a professional detail Highly recommend You won't be disappointed. Price is higher than most places but quality is worth the difference read more

Still the only game in town -- and still with long wait times --- and now that they've renovated, prices have crept up. $30 for a wash that would be $18-20 anywhere else. A "Super Clean" wash is now $50!!! And if you want the leather cleaned add $10. $60 total. WTF?! So, that's my complaint: too slow and too expensive. That said, they do a pretty good job. read more

I'm absolutely blown away by the thorough cleaning inside and outside the car. I'm kind of shocked actually by the care the team here takes in making everything spotless. I'll never go anywhere else. Ever! read more

Great car wash!! Consistently excellent work- they are so thorough and my car always looks fantastic. Such nice people who do an amazing job every time. read more

Just moved here, and I've brought my car here a few times now! The team is so thorough with my pet-mobile, meticulously vacuuming and cleaning. They always go above and beyond. With excellent value for the price. This is my new go-to for a clean car, inside and out! I've only had positive experiences. read more

Exterior wash was good. Interior was not. For $40, it was not actually vacuumed or wiped very well at all. Very disappointing. It's like they just sprayed the front pads with water and didn't even do the last row. Unfortunately, I didn't realize how bad it was until I drove too far away and didn't have time to go back. read more

Hard workers who do a great job. I prefer coming to Ridgefield car wash. I've never had any issues and always end up with a clean car!

After six months of having four of our vehicles on a monthly plan here, another update is in order. The entire team here is diligent, thorough and friendly. The overall quality of the wash now far exceeds that at its nearest "big chain" higher-end car wash competitor in Wilton. Monthly automatic billing has been seamless and accurate. Only remaining quibble: during peak hours the drying/vacuuming/window cleaning/tire shine line can be quite backed up...be prepared to spend 35-45 min for the entire "wash experience"--then again, not sure there's much the crew can do to expedite the process further, as space is limited, and being diligent/detail oriented takes time.... Net, net: nice to have a competent, family run car wash back in town. read more

My son bought a 17 year old truck. Ok imagine how a old pick up truck looks. Well everyone thought I was crazy when I said I was going to have the car detailed. I wanted it as clean as possible for him. Manny worked on the truck personally, going over so many nooks and crannies. He even cleaned the headlights that I thought I would have to replace. He scrubbed the leather and made it shine. He made the dirty dingy visors look almost new. Now they actually match the rest of the material. Ok he's not a magician, he could not make a well worn 17 year old truck look new. But he could Make it clean and presentable. My son is now very proud to show off his truck! Thank you manny you did an incredible job! read more

I paid $55 for their most premium service, and when they finished cleaning the inside and I went to check it out, there was so many spots that were still dirty. I had to look throughly and show them all the spots that were still dirty. My trunk didn't even look that was touched. It was only when I started checking that they started going back and cleaning all the spots they missed. I eve got a cloth and started cleaning some parts that were still literally dirty. They clearly value time over quality. If you need your car to actually get cleaned and you are willing to spend as much money as I did, I recommend that you go somewhere else. read more

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP, RENOVATED & IMPROVED !!!!!!! After so many rainy days I took my GTI to get it washed, vacuumed (I have a dog) and detailed. I must say they did an excellent job. I was 100% satisfied. This place went from 1 star to 5 stars real quick. Ask for Manny. read more

Got my car washed a few months back. Recently moved from California and have had a hard time finding a good car wash where the guys go inside and out to do a th thorough job, but was pleasantly surprised to get a legitimately good wash from this location. Car was sparkling and beautiful when they were done. read more

The wash was not very good for the awfully high price I paid. There was still dust everywhere and hair all over my seats, and after the wash there were a bunch of dead bugs on the exterior of my car ? However, one of the staff members was very helpful and washed my magnets for me. It was almost like they didn't bother to vacuum the seats, even though I explicitly told them to and also pointed it out again when I noticed they were still dirty. read more

My car was absolutely a hot mess!!! with three little children it is very very hard to keep my car clean!!! Manuel did an amazing job from beginning to end and well exceeded my expectations this will be the only place I take my car too. This is quality for sure!!! Really nice waiting lobby area too with coffee, seating and clean bathrooms a plus for sure!!! read more

Forget anything negative about this hidden gem across from Stop & Shop in Ridgefield. The Ridgefield Car Wash is superb. The staff is about the hardest working I've seen at a car wash. The automated interior portion of the facility seems pretty state-of-the-art. But when you pull your car around, you get almost a full car detailing for the price of a wash. Ridgefield Car Wash offers monthly packages that make this the most cost-effective way to keep your car clean. There are other establishments in Danbury, and Westchester. Ridgefield Car Wash is as good if not better than the best of them. I couldn't be happier and I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to keep their car clean in a dirty world. read more

Got a newish/carvana car about 2.5 years ago. Have two young kids and this is our family car through these years. Manny took my keys and told me to return in one hour. When I did, car looked and smelled like first day I got it. Outside looked great too. I will be making this a regular spot. read more

This is our go to car wash. They do a great job, always a perfect wash or detail. They have pride in their work and are really nice people.

This place used to be great but now it's awful. I paid for a manager's special which is a quick detailing. The dashboard came back still covered in dust as it had been before. Cleaning the dashboard is basic not some hard to reach crevice. read more

I have been using these guys off and on for over a year, and have never been happy with the job. They leave significant streaks on the glass, Armor All the tires so fast they miss most of the surface area, and the wash itself leaves much road grime behind. So far I have shrugged it off (at least I wasn't washing it!), but this last visit put me over the limit. I asked them to do a great job on the windows - they said ok! They did not. I asked them to make sure to get all the bird sh*t, they did not. Then I get in the car and they cleaned the interior using brown water that they did not wipe up. It was disgusting. They gave me a voucher for a free car wash, and I threw it away. This place needs a complete reboot. Until then, I will not return at any price. read more

The worst.... How can my car come out dirtier than it was before I drove in? They use dirty rags to clean the windows and move the dirt around ... $25.00 for what? They ought to be ashamed of themselves. read more

If you want to be out $20+ and still have a dirty car, go to this place. I gave this place not one, but two chances. My car was not very dirty to begin with, but they did not clean off the dash board, only cleaned the drivers side mat, and they didn't even vacuum the back seat! I got into the car and noticed they did not clean the passenger side and had to ask the guy to clean it. I also had to clean spots off of the outside of my car. Truly a complete waste of money. read more

The one star stays. Decided to try again after hearing it was under new management guess what???? Still Incredibly poorly managed. Just got home with an UNWASHED car. Why???? I paid $45 for the Super Clean wash and when I drove away in my car I noticed that they hadn't even wiped down the dash. There was still lots of dust/pollen on the dash and doors and I had to wipe it down, along with the seats, when I got home. For that price I expect a lot more. I should've driven back and let them know, but I had to get back to my office. read more

Save yourself time and money and do not use this car wash. They did not do a proper job and they did not even get the garbage from my car. I'm going through all the establishments I've been to recently and reviewing them. My wife is a horse person and her car is always a mess. Not to mention the smell of horses (not great if you're not a die hard horse person, sorry hunny) anyway, got a fairly quick job done as we were in a rush. Progress not perfection when you pay $25 and wait 15 minutes. Let me tell you the progress was worth reviewing. Horse smell gone.. And whatever is going on over there... They're taking pride in their business and making it a better setting for waiting clients. Keep up the great work guys. Ill be back for a more in depth clean. read more

All I have to say is that this place is terrible!!! Even with the coupons in the mailer pack, this place isn't worth it! Unfortunately one must travel to get their car washed well as this place cannot do it. Overpriced and negligent are the two words that come to mind! Rightfully, located right behind the most expensive gas station in the ridge! read more

I grew up in Ridgefield and I have been using this place to clean every car I've owned since I got my first car at 17 without complaint. I've lived out of state for a few years and recently moved back into the area (I'm now in my 30s) and decided to get my car washed there when I was passing through town. I pulled up and opted for the "Manger's special" which I used to get. It's expensive (now even more so at about 44 dollars) but it always been worth it as they essentially detail the interior of the car in about 30 minutes. It makes the car feel brand new. Unfortunately, this visit was different. After paying up front and driving through the car wash myself (which was new) I had to park the car in a secondary garage for the final detailing. Then, I left the car and sat in the now completely barren/abandoned seating area (which no longer offers anything for sale, not even air fresheners.) I wasn't there long as they announced my car was ready after 5 minutes of waiting. When I got to the car it looked like the interior was wiped with a damp dusty cloth. And there was still grime and and now new smudges on the inside of the windshield. In addition there was dirty water spots all over the exterior of the car. Not sure if they have new owners or something but the magic that this place had is now gone. This visit completely erased the 17 years of positive experiences my family and I had there. I won't be returning there are a ton of cheaper and better options only a few miles away. What a shame. read more

Could not be worse service !! Don't ask for enything other than the norm, they won't relay the message to employees. They are frequently under new ownership so don't bother buying a coupon book. The book will not be valid next year and they won't care. Terrible service. read more

Seriously? You pay to have you car vacuumed... but I am pretty sure that didn't even happen. This place stinks!!!! I would NEVER pay to go here again!!! This place is so terrible! I wish I had read the reviews prior to paying to almost have my car washed and vacuumed. Almost... read more

Excellent service, friendly, and magicians when it comes to dog hair removal. Brought in my 4 door Wrangler for an internal detailing and dog hair removal. I have a yellow lab and black seats/rugs. This place is so terrible. Run awau, wash your own car. Terrible service. Car looked better before I went in. Should be ashamed.

Paying $20 for a basic car was with interior vacuumed is kind of expensive, but to also have it barley cleaned is ridiculous. I can go to a chain car wash in Danbury pay $15 and get all the works. Fairly disappointed in the service, and will most likely never go back. Better off making the trip to Danbury. read more

Paid to get my car washed and it vacuumed inside. The guy you pay before the wash was extremely rude and threw my paid ticket at me. Also, the guy that was suppose to VACUUM my car did not even lift the mats!!! Nor did he do the back seat floors, the seats or under and beside the seats. I ended up coming home and cleaning my car myself. Come on Ridgefield!!! Someone needs to open a GOOD CAR WASH around here! read more

I haven't gone to this car wash in a couple of years because it was never very good but I was in Ridgefield and tight on time so I thought I'd give it a try. Don't waste your money. They do a terrible job. The car wash itself doesn't do a good job at all but the biggest problem are the guys who wipe down your car and do the interiors. There is no effort to make the car clean. They just go through the motions. It's too bad because it is a convenient location but not worth it, even with a coupon. Go to Mobile1 or Penasch on Route 7 in Danbury. They do a great job and you will good about top gear the wipe down crew. read more

Worst car wash ever! I brought my car in for a full service and now have to redo the whole inside because every single window has streaks on it and looks milky. When I drove later that night I actually had to stop on the side of the road to clean the windshield as I couldn't see anything because of the glare the streaks left behind. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting $25. read more
