(I like that it was a flat fee versus an hour fee as some of the other places were quoting me as it allowed me to budget better). Robert's communication throughout the entire time was phenomenal. He reached out the day before and an hour before to confirm the appointment, arrived on time, and while completing the service was communicative and answered questions that I had. Very friendly guy. Made me feel comfortable which is important as a single female. While completing the work he was very efficient and he covered up appliances to make sure nothing got damaged and cleaned up all areas. When the job was done, he made sure that I was happy with it, which I was!!! He worked quickly and efficiently! He was also so kind to take a look at another unrelated minor issue in the home that I brought up to him and repaired it for me free of cost. That goes a long way to show that he is honest, and cares about his customers to go the extra mile. Thanks so much Robert! I 1,000% recommend and would be using him for any future needs. (By the way, if you are like me and reliant on reading reviews, you will see multiple other 5 star reviews for his services if you scroll all the way down the page and click "Reviews not Recommended". Just thought I should mention for other who don't know about that. Sometimes Yelp cherrypicks which reviews to show or not, don't know why)

He knew exactly what to do and found our issue within 30 minutes (15 of that was us just talking and getting to know each other) he was so thoughtful of our situation. His price was amazing. I would recommend Matt and his services to all my family and friends. Thank you Matt for everything you have done. Not only have u gained a customer but you have a friend forever.

Therefore, I tend to use the online contact forms on a company's website. If they respond in a timely manner, that shows me that they want my business. When using the contact form on the website for DIGN Homes about my need for roof repair after a storm, I never heard a peep from the company. No phone call, text or email. However, (and this may just be a coincidence), the next morning at 9:20am someone is ringing my doorbell as I am sleeping. I have signs at both my doors stating I am a night shift worker. Do not disturb. I live in a gated community so no strangers should be able to get in and ring the bell. I get up thinking a neighbor needs help. Either way there was no communication from this company after I submitted my inquiry online. Don't set up an online form if you're not going to use it.

We had another plumber relocate our hot water heater about a year ago and recently discovered that the work was not done correctly - there was a gas leak. We hired him to fix the problem and not only was the work very neat, but he was very professional didn't try to inflate the costs, explained everything along the way.
