Tried Copperlocks for first time .. drive thru. Made mistake of not checking food before leaving. Order was incorrect CopperLocks.. please listen carefully/repeat orders back to your customers .... Realizing Copperlocks is new , It's good business practice and no food wasted. On the upside, the burger and hash browns were quite tasty. Disappointed ...but felt it necessary to provide feedback. Just had Copperlocks and was thoroughly dissatisfied. The pattymelt was a grilled cheese with pickles and a meat patty and the onion rings werent cooked. It was a straight gut bomb! If you want a belly ache this is the place to go. read more

Not really sure what I'm missing considering the other reviews are great but not my experience. Maybe no one being in the line should have been my sign. Took 15 minutes to get food and finally when I did I get no ketchup no napkins the worker to handed my food shut the door before I can even ask for any. The fries were room temp and undercooked which makes me think they were sitting out, burger was just okay and unfortunately the ranch tasted like the refrigerator. BEST HAMBURGER PLACE! First time coming here with the fam and wow, I gotta say they got some amazing burgers! One of the best I've had in a while. French fries were delicious! Big and crunchy, they were perfect! Zucchini's we're amazing! Customer service was great. The prices are super affordable. Never seen better prices. Officially my favorite restaurant. My family and I enjoyed our meal, the wife had a burger which was very good and a order of onion rings feeds 3-4 people and are very good. I had a grilled ham and cheese sandwich which was very good the ham was fresh. Our toddler had chicken nuggets which is extremely comparable to McDonalds in taste! Only issue was we ordered a vanilla shake that tasted like she forgot to add ice cream it was very foamy and not very sweet but overal it was a good first time visit and we'll be back! read more

Let me start by saying this will be long but worth every second. Don't come here unless you want to be verbally attacked and insulted by Jordan. I'm a client who prior to this would visit Copperlocks weekly. My family & I were very excited this placed opened up. I knew a few of the workers by name (Danna & Tim who were amazing) up until today great food and super friendly and welcoming environment. My family and I walked in at 8:25 p.m after my sons baseball game. We were greated by Tim who was super friendly and said they can only do to go orders as the option to dine in closes at 8:30 and drive thru closed at 9pm. I told him how my family was here from Lake Elsinore and they heard me rave about this place. Tim proceeds to kindly say "ok we will serve you and your family" We all ordered, got our food around 8:45 pm which was half cold, as if maybe they didn't want to drop more fries due to almost closing at 9pm but no problem . We continue to eat at 9:00 pm on the dot while were eating our food Jordan a Copperlocks employee says "you guys have to put your food in a to go box and go were closed" I mean mid bite into my BLT he repeatedly says we have to go. I have NEVER been treated in this fashion in any other restaurant in my 37 years of life. Jordan proceeds to walk by our table giving major dirty looks as if he hated his job and every one of us at the table who just spent $250+ on food. OH IT DOESN'T stop here. I asked Jordan for his manager he calls Milton (owner) on his personal cell and hands me the phone very rudely and I proceed to tell Milton (owner) about what happened. Milton apologizes and says he will talk to him but to understand that on the flip side the employees are probably tired which ok it happens but to be this rude come on? If hes that darn tired...go home OH DID YOU THINK IT STOPS HERE? NOPE! Jordan proceeds to be throwing dishes around walking around making it known he is very upset as we packed our food don't forget he was kicking us out. I might add all the other Copperlock employees were very kind and looked quite disappointed. Tim should be promoted he knows how to put the customer first and how to treat customers. Oh you didn't think it stopped here did you? After we pack our stuff and are trying to leave my father made a statement to Jordan "you should learn how to talk to people" Jordan gets in my fathers face! Yes, your reading it correctly he gets in my fathers face attempting to argue with him as if he wants to fight him. Tim being the wonderful employee he is attempts to calm jordan down telling him several times to just leave. Jordans proceeds to say comments from behind the counter like calling my dad a "dumbass" and a "pussy". Of course at this point it turns into a shouting match. Tim being the great employee he is walks us out apologizing and Jordan is still following us out making comments. He had no regard, respect, or integrity for Copperlocks as a business. Tim proceeds to call Milton and I tell him how his employee was trying to fight my father. He apologizes again and ask me to try and not allow a confrontation. At this point were all outside and being apologized to by Tim repeatedly said that he hopes to see us again. Look I'm not being unreasonable here technically speaking we arrived before the in dining closed. They should of served us and allowed us to finish our food. Instead we were verbally insulted and kicked out after spending 250.00. Not to mention my daughter crying out of fear cause of the situation Jordan caused. I guess after tonight dont go to Copperlocks after 8:00 pm when Jordan is working cause hes tired and will cuss you out and demand you pack your food to go. UNBELIEVABLE! I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I have said this before I will say it again. Don't bite the hand that feeds you. This kid Jordan has no manners and shouldn't be working in the fast food industry if he thinks cause they close at 9:00 he should be out of the door by 9:03 wrong industry buddy! Sorry to my family from Lake Elsinore who had to eat there food cold while they drove home in disbelief on how we were treated. Milton, I would hope you try and make this right because what me and my family had to experience at your establishment was disgusting and unacceptable. It unfortunate this tainted my families view of a restaurant we used to love and support consistently. read more

Copperlocks is such a cute restaurant everything was very clean and the employees were all very friendly and attentive. I especially loved their Copperlock fries which is a better version of in n out animal fries and the fried zucchini, sooo good! We will definitely be back again! read more

I really want to like this place since it's convenient with a drive thru on my way home from Orange County but when I went there yesterday for a breakfast burrito and went to place my order it seemed like they were distracted or couldn't be bothered when I had the burrito it was mostly hash browns hardly any eggs and the bacon was not cooked please do better I really want to love this place thank you! read more

Best onion rings in town, good burger and they know how to do a over medium fried egg service was excellent friendly attentive and they didn't give you the awkward tip screen after you pay your Left to tip after the service which is the appropriate time and you appreciate what they've done for you. Everyone wins. Ambience was good. I just stopped in to check this new place out. I ordered the Gyro plate. It tasted great, they were kind enough to grill the onions for me, the pita was warm and fresh and soft, the cucumber sauce was good, the fries were perfect. The girls working there were very friendly, I think this place is really good, and I would like to encourage locals to go there. It takes a lot of guts to open a private place like this. Tried Copperlocks yesterday for the first time. Expected it to be more pricey. Instead, I found a menu of quarter pound burgers and melts for about the price of your local fast food. Difference was, this was like "professional homemade." Certainly not the manufactured taste of fast food. I had the patty melt, my wife had the mushroom burger, and we split an order of fries and...everything was delicious! Featuring additional menu options including pastrami and ribeye steak sandwiches, Copperlocks is well worthy of a return visit. Independently owned, it's refreshing to patronize a local business with a conscientious and friendly staff, a well planned menu, and a nicely designed dining area. I am not a fan of drive throughs, and the interior of Copperlocks was very nice. Nice booths, wooden tables with a varnished finish, no plastic in sight. And apparently, the drive through is on the opposite side of the kitchen from the dining area so you have no awareness of that while dining. You do not hear orders being taken and do not see the line of cars. And while you're there enjoying this gem, ask about the name. read more

I have come here 3 times and have been pleasantly surprised with how good it's been each time. Which is very nice considering everything in corona is essentially a chain restaurant, nice to see something different pop up here. I've had great service in the drive through once and great service both times I've been inside. I've ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and also the crispy chicken sandwich, they were both delicious but I honestly really loved the grilled chicken sandwich. Really good and fresh produce on it and the chicken was a decent piece! The third time I went I opted for the pastrami burger, it was super good too! Really nice little place to stop and grab a bite to eat for sure. Have had zero complaints across the board from my visits and I will definitely keep this place in the rotation of places to eat here! Yuck. I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich while my boyfriend ordered a plate. Straight out of the bag open the sandwich up and there is a brown hair right on top . Besides the hair it was the most gross sandwich I have ever had at a restaurant. The egg was RAW and not in a good way . I thought the egg was mayonnaise that's how raw it was. The sausage was so weirdly put into the egg . They cut it up into weird chunks and throw about 2 pieces into the egg. I honestly would not recommend. Even if it's cheap it's not worth it read more
