Perfectly salted, warm and served with a stone ground honey pub mustard. The wings are not breaded, with I like. (The tenders are breaded fyi). They bake them, fry them then sauce them so they're super tender. Frankly I want to try all the sauces!!! I got the "everyone likes" version this time so I could share. Next time I'll go for heat and do buffalo. They have 4 tiers, mild, medium, hot and el diablo. Oh baby. I don't think I'm that adventurous.... Yet. The waitress was super nice and accommodating. It was trivia night and very busy, she handled the WHOLE place with drinks and food. Hats off to her for sure. She handled it with a smile, grace and wonderful attitude. Eggplant parm was definitely not cooked correctly, because rather than crispy and cooked through, it was soft and a bit slippery. The spaghetti it came with was also cut in half so it was impossible to get a full fork. Finallu we had the Quattro cheese pizza, which had excellent flavors but the crust was super floppy and needed some crispiness. Overall service was decent. The server however neglected to come check on us after our entrees were delivered. In fact we waited a while for boxes and our check, and (who I can only assume was) the manager came over to take care of it. Good parking situation with a large lot. Right off Rt 6 so the location is very convenient.
