This brewery is so chill. We went randomly on a Friday night like a little over before closing and it was pretty dead. But we definitely will make a visit to support. They have plenty of events every week. The staff seems nice. And it's a good vibe that Aurora needs!

If you are thinking about coming to the Brewery I would recommend it. This place has been such a great place for beers and as a club member the community is great! Friendly people and bartenders! I recommend their Snowed In beers and Mexican Chocolate stout. My favorite is having the Contains Happiness and Pilsner. If you enjoy the beers I would recommend to buy them since this neighborhood brewery is closing on 6/27 of this year! Tell your friends to come and enjoy a true Colorado Beer with plenty of flavor and focus on community building!

The beer was amazing! I got the sienna lager. The atmosphere is nice. Kind of quiet but it's still busy. Everyone here just does their own thing. Not crazy in here at all. I wouldn't really recommend the korean food truck though. Very small portions and okay flavoring. But it's not attached to the brewery. So just a heads up!

Fun spot in a strip mall with great outdoor picnic tables and a food truck! Plenty of seating inside too. Simple menu of about 10-15 beers and a couple events. Had the grapefruit ipa and it was refreshing and tart

First time in today and here's the pluses: 1. Good beer! 2. Board games to play while you enjoy a drink 3. Plenty of places to sit inside and out 4. Dogs welcome inside! 5. Food trucks only (see website for schedule. Unfortunately the food truck scheduled for today didn't show up so we left). My only negative: no other drinks other than beer. I'm not a huge beer drinker, I prefer hard seltzers or cocktails. It would be awesome if they offered a couple other choices besides beer.

Matt was out beer got who was delightful and let me try all the beets before I finally made a choice with Mexican chocolate stout. Love the environment and can't wait to come back.

Went here on 6/23/24. First time here in a very long time. Lots of big tables. Good size patio. They did have a food truck that day. I did not eat anything but the people at my table did and the food looked good. I believe it was a Venezuelan food. Bartender was very friendly. Looks like they package most of their beers. Tried the lager, raspberry sour, wheat, hazy ipa and Pilsner. Aer reading the description of some of the beers I was very excited to try but nothing was up to the description. Just very meh. Nothing stood out at all. They are definitely known for their dark beers. So try those out. Cheers!

Been here a few times. Great beers with a huge area that good for groups. Parking kind of sucks but that happens. The staff is always cool. Will be back.

If I could give more stars, I would. This has become a local favorite of mine. The rotating food trucks are always delicious and the beers consistently awesome. The bar keeps, Matt and Nathaniel make sure that everyone has a drink and feels welcome. Even if you don't sit close to the bar, they'll walk around to visit with everyone. If you're lucky, you get to meet the pun dog, Charlie, of the Eponymous Charlie's Golden Strong Ale.

I'm not too hard to please - just have a coffee beer on the menu and I'm all in. Copper Kettle not only had a coffee beer on the menu, but they had TWO! A coffee IPA - which my husband ordered - and a coffee double brown - which I ordered. I was in heaven from the moment I looked at the menu. Aside from the beers being delicious, the guy serving us at the bar was super friendly, the space was huge, modern, & welcoming, and the food truck out front - Bloom & Grow Kitchen - had some amazing food options, including loaded kettle chip nachos (which we happily indulged in). All around awesome experience at Copper Kettle! We'll be back for February stout month!!!

Such a cute, hometown-vibe, brewery, with great food trucks! The beer selection and service is always great! I'd love to see a fruit kolsch or a Mexican light beer on their menu.

The Mexican chocolate is to die for. It is like dessert in a glass with a kick. Julia masks the rich experience perfect.

Came here for the Mexican Chocolate stout which was delicious but the staff was a little too busy chatting it up to even bother with me.

That was back when the audience was maybe a third to a half full. Now it is often standing room only. So, I don't go. But the other night, I was heading down and wanted to grab some food and a beer before I kept going on over to other breweries in the neighborhood. I ordered the OG. That is under DAS hoagies. It has schnitzel, bier mustard, arugula, pickled onion, tomato, Parmesan, and Helles vinaigrette. I thought it was pretty good. I'm not sure I would order it again. The beers, of course, were excellent.

Of course there are variations like a Michelada, house cocktails, wines, NA options, etc. The difference between producing lagers and ales is MASSIVE, and I tip my cap to everyone involved in crafting beers that have put Denver on the map. The Slow Pour Pils is one of three beers that I would consider the unofficial beer of Denver. It takes five minutes to pour, is served in a custom made glass (really cool story behind this), and has the perfect floating foam (like a cloud) sitting perfectly atop the beer. I crushed two of their Italian Pilsners yesterday. This is simply a fantastic beer. The Helles and Dunkel surely are not to be missed. But do one thing, get their Oktoberfest when it comes out (usually around mid September). It's one of the best I've ever had. There's a lot of stories inside this building. The legendary pieces of equipment, the unique brewing methods, the different spaces to hang out, etc. There's a reason Bierstadt has been tapped as the brewery "where the brewers go." To me, they can never receive a higher compliment. I'm really glad they're still kicking after celebrating their 10th anniversary. Almost a teenager!!! It's always fun visiting this place. This is a Denver must when it comes to breweries. You might not summit a 14er at this particular Bierstadt, but you'll find some of the best traditionally brewed beers in the country.

However, now that I am coming here more often, usually to kill some time before a comedy show at the denver Comedy underground next-door, my experiences have been pretty dang positive. The beer tenders they have working here are just good people. They run the gamut from men to women? to different levels of energy and everything else, but they are uniformly helpful, interesting, and nice. I think this is why they deserve that extra, fifth star. I'm not a hophead, but I feel like I can always find a couple or more choices here that fit my wheelhouse of lighter beers, or fruity ales, or just something really interesting (like a sour). I also appreciate that. They always have a couple cocktails and a slushy or two to be had here. It's a great space. I'm glad it has been around as long as it has.

We were greeted and served by the bartender Junebug and although it seemed like he was the only staff, he was friendly and attentive with us and all the patrons. The beer was great, there were so many great options to choose from and so we had some of the IPAs, lagers and ales. Staying true to the name, the decor has a woodsy feel and the handles are made of various wood shapes. It was nice to see that they also offer some mixed drink options, margaritas, and a slushy option. There were some salty snacks available for purchase which was also a nice option to have. Happy Hour M-F 3-6pm with $5 pints. The place and restrooms were clean (two singles), there were some canned beers and merch items available for purchase, an outdoor patio and plenty of street parking. Overall the service and place were great! Some things to mention, having the live band was great and the place is dog and kid friendly which are also a nice option to have at any venue. But the volume of the jazz band was just a bit too loud for the space and together with the many small kids playing and running around took away from this being a relaxing day. Nonetheless, the bartender Junebug made it an overall enjoyable evening after the kids left and we closed off the evening with another great brewery find that we'll be sure to visit again.
