The owners looked everything over, said all the right things regarding how the work would be completed and said they would do the job in 2 or 3 weeks. The price was reasonable so we agreed and a contract was drawn up. On May 7th I called and was told that we were certainly on the list of work to complete and would be called when they would be available to do the work. They also stated that the spring rains had slowed them down. On May 22nd I called again and was told their bucket truck was broken but would be fixed soon. I call again on July 24th and never got a return call. I called again in November, cancelled the contract and asked for a callback to explain the reason they didn't want the work, again, no response. I would like to know what happened. Next spring I will call someone else and start again. It's not very good business to just leave a customer waiting and not even return phone calls. I would never recommend this company.

Eric is truly an expert in his field. From the first conversation, I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and had a clear plan for each job. Some of the trees were large and difficult removals near homes and structures, but everything was handled professionally, safely, and with confidence. What really stood out to me was that Eric did exactly what he said he was going to do -- no surprises, great communication, and very professional from start to finish. His pricing was also very fair and affordable compared to others I looked into. Another thing I appreciated was that he is fully insured and proactive about it. He even sent me an insurance binder directly to my email with my property address listed, which gave me peace of mind before the work even started. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, professional, affordable, and trustworthy tree company, I highly recommend Eric and the team at Saw It All Tree Worx. I will definitely continue using them in the future.

I was nervous about having this massive tree cut down because of how close it was to my house. It surely would have caused a lot of damage to the house had it fallen on it. I called Crouse's Tree Service to get an estimate. The fact that they are full insured game me piece of mind as well. They came out that same day to look at the tree and were back a few weeks later to do the job. I couldn't be happier with the job! They were done sooner than expected and there was not one mess in my yard! They were very meticulous and even put boards down so that my lawn did not get damaged. Michael White repaired our roof and siding after a micro-cell severely destroyed it…read more He bid 10% higher than the other 3 bids we collected, but he seemed extremely trustworthy. His story line is "I am a Christian, as honest as the day is long, and I want to earn your future business with high quality work". He took 8 weeks to do a job he said would be completed in a week. He said we needed "17 to 20 squares of siding" and never told us if he estimated wrong he could not bring back the rest of it. He charged us $700 a square for the siding, ordered 17 squares, only received 15 squares and only used 12 squares. We were stuck with $2,100 of siding we can't use. Again: he never said he could not return the extra if he measured wrong; and using 12 of 17 means he was off by 30%. He used subcontractors, some of them first-time subcontractors. His son would foreman the work, and always came late and went home early. The excuses for the delays were almost endless; often involving some relative that died or was sick and that he had to leave state. At the end he told one of his employees "the work looks good so I am going to try to squeeze them for more money after the job is done". He told us "I would like some extra money at the end beyond our signed contract because I feel my son did a better than expected job". We only paid him the agreed to amount even though he never sided one portion of the house that was requested; and at the end we had an employee call us asking for some money because he said "Mike never paid me my money". I recommend you use anyone but this company. The owner will act like he knows what he's doing; but in reality he seems like he is new to this. We constantly had to walk around the house and point out the things they got wrong. You end up being the foreman even though you are paying him to be that.
