The price was reasonable so we agreed and a contract was drawn up. On May 7th I called and was told that we were certainly on the list of work to complete and would be called when they would be available to do the work. They also stated that the spring rains had slowed them down. On May 22nd I called again and was told their bucket truck was broken but would be fixed soon. I call again on July 24th and never got a return call. I called again in November, cancelled the contract and asked for a callback to explain the reason they didn't want the work, again, no response. I would like to know what happened. Next spring I will call someone else and start again. It's not very good business to just leave a customer waiting and not even return phone calls. I would never recommend this company.

Piles of dirt everywhere and when we called to complain, they were not helpful at all. Upon fixing the lawn ourselves, we found that they threw the old septic parts into the piles they left. These parts would have caused extensive damage to our lawn mower and someone could have gotten hurt. Only after all of this did we find out that the drivers/servicemen work on a commission basis! Now we really doubt all of the repairs they did. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR RESIDENTIAL WORK!!!!!!!!! At the very least, do not trust that they will return your lawn to normal. It was Roscoe Roofing (SJBS Construction). Sal came right over to give me an estimate on my leaking roof. Other contractors each told me something different as far as what the problem was. Sal took the time to explain that it could be several things and what was needed to fix all the possible problems. He pointed out all the mistakes that were made with the prior roofing job. He impressed me with his extensive knowledge, so I hired them. They showed up bright and early every day, around 7:30, and worked through the whole day. They extended my dormers a foot so they extended over the windows and wrapped and caulked all the windows. I could tell just by being around them as they worked that Sal is a perfectionist and if something didn't look right, he made sure it was re-done correctly. I've had so many bad experiences with contractors so I was very happy to finally get such a competent one. I'm not an expert but to me it looks like they did an exceptional job. And I know they stand by their work because I called them when I had a question, and Sal came over the very next day.
