We knew it was going to be a long wait, so we were happy when we got the email that it was finally our turn for install! The three guys that did our install were very professional and worked very hard. They were here during the hottest week of August, so I give them huge props for getting everything done. They did some small bush and tree removal before the fence install. They got rid of all the debris, left the yard in great condition when they left, and most importantly, the fence looks great! We have some other projects on our dreamboats - we will definitely be contacting them again for their help!

Groundwork's crew were awesome from the initial quote process to final completion. Christian was great in the sales process and Mikah Ramos and Mickey Snip were excellent in the solution. They removed all the old insulation along with the rodent waste, cleaned out our crawlspace and sealed it all up to prevent rodents from coming in. Worksite was left cleaner than when they arrived and they were super efficient. Price wasn't the cheapest but it was fair value (they do have a good and easy 0% interest financing option) and they were able to schedule the work much sooner than other places. Also Leigh came to put a demo wooden fence for me to see if I'm interested and I decided not to go with it and she just left the fence there and ignoring my message when I nicely asked her to come remove it. Very poor communication and a lot of miscommunication with this company. I already paid the company in full, and when I contacted the owner about the problems, he told me that the guys would come back to fix the issues. However, I have been waiting since May, and the owner keeps postponing and delaying the work. At this point, the debris, weeds and grass have spread throughout my yard and driveway, making the entire property look extremely messy and unattractive. I have contacted the owner multiple times and have been patient, but the continued delays are very frustrating. I would really like the company to take responsibility and come back to properly complete the work that I already paid for. I am posting this review because I have given them plenty of time and opportunities to correct the issues, but nothing has been resolved. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I regret it when I recommended them to my neighbors because I trust them that they will come back to fix it and I was looking forward to work with them for future projects. I'm extremely disappointed and I'm asking them to take a full responsibility.
