They were very professional, courteous, and flexible. I wanted my colonoscopy done at Baylor Irving, instead of their usual Los Colinas hospital. They had privileges at both hospitals, and were able to schedule the procedure for first thing Monday morning. Now, I can't even find the doctors who were in the practice at that time!

I called Monica the practice manager but she never returned my call. I called again a month later and again was told that the practice dismissed me and that Dr. Coxsley made that decision. I think it's crap you leave honest feedback about your staff 3 years ago and you are never allowed back there. Staff come and go all the time but Dr. Coxsley is still there. She is a great doctor. you would think that the practice would call me and ask me what happened what can they do to make it better, etc., but no they did not. I'm already at over $1,000 more than they quoted and haven't had a darn thing done yet. I had 5 Drs on their list to choose from, so I chose the closest one to my home. First off they charge me almost $600 more to do the colonoscopy because the Dr said he never does both Upper Endoscopy and Colonoscopy at the same time. Then I get a call today and they want $495 more today because the Dr wants to dilate the ephasogus for the upper scope. This is not nothing new that the doctor is doing, it's his standard procedure. So why is colonoscopy assist lying about their $2,095 quote originally quoted for this Dr? The price immediately went to $2,295 for no reason at all and without an explanation of any kind. I'm ok with that because two of the five doctors was $2,295 and I figured maybe this doctor raised his price. Again this is the way they do business and it really sucks! I wonder if this Will ever end!
