I already addressed my concerns so why would I need to repeat myself? Please just read it and fix it. I was quite clear. Wait staff should acknowledge customers right when they walk in and coffee station needs to actually have coffee. Otherwise remove the coffee station altogether.

The entire office staff is friendly and they treat you like a real human - not the factory style "parts-is-parts...get-em-in-get-em-out" type medical care. When I was first looking for a primary care office to set up with I initially searched online and called around to various practices to ask questions and figure out which practice might be right for me and my family. Some places I called either didn't want to take the time to answer my questions, didn't know the answers or just didn't seem very friendly/caring. When I called here, the person on the phone was super friendly, didn't make me feel rushed and patiently answered my many questions. I then decided later that day to make an appointment (but at that point it was after hours on a Friday) and was able to do everything online, while they were closed - including scheduling my own appointment - I didn't have to wait for them to reopen after the weekend. It was amazingly convenient and easy to do. I've seen Megan approx 4-5 times now, I love the convenience of self scheduling online and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. You can do in-person or online (depending on what you need) and I've done both so far, both were on time and easy to do. If you like the convenience of self scheduling with a tech-forward practice, or you're tired of feeling like a number on an assembly line, or tired of dealing with a doctor who doesn't listen and only spends 5 minutes with you, then absolutely check out this place for care. It's a great mix of tech convenience with old-school values of caring & actually taking time with you to provide care. Highly Recommended!

Turns out, they charged me for an entire "second visit" because they simply stated I needed to see a specialist about one of my concerns and gave me a referral. Extremely annoyed and disappointed that offices continue to screw people out of more money. Dr. Chimanji is the lead doctor at N R Urgent Care, and I highly recommend him…read more I have visited Dr. Chimanji twice over the years, once several years ago and once a few months ago. I had a minor skin irritation a few months ago, and I trust Dr. Chimanji's diagnostic ability enough that I drove some distance to see him. Sure enough, he immediately diagnosed the issue as being due to a change in the formulation of my laundry detergent. He suggested I try a new laundry detergent, and that fixed the skin irritation issue. Most impressive is that he did all this without an array of tests. He simply did a proper examination, asked me some questions, and came up with the diagnosis and solution.

I went in person to the doctor's office and indicated that I had already paid and showed the receipt he gave me. He acknowledged I already paid and said he would talk to the billing department. Should be done right? Now, weeks later, i receive another notice that I have not paid and need to pay. I am not paying you twice dude. It doesn't work that way. I want to point out too that the address on the letter I received with the medical bill is hand written. Draw your own conclusions.

Dr. Broadnax is by far THE best pain management doctors I have EVER been to. I am so happy my…read morejourney ends here with Advanced Pain Institute of Texas. Somewhat new to Texas, I have struggled over the last year with finding someone I can put my absolute trust in. From the very first appointment, we had an immediate action plan. I have made more progress in the last 3 months than I've had in 6 years. Living in pain is scary, frustrating, and debilitating. I have seen exactly 4 pain management doctors here in Texas and Dr. B is the one I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone struggling with pain. He is one of the kindest and most intelligent doctors I have ever met. He is patient, understanding, and is a very attentive listener. Always smiling, never judging, I feel safe with Dr. B. I can't say I've ever felt as safe as I do or trusted a pain management doctor the way I do with Dr. B. He is open and honest and doesn't dance around anything. His bed side manner truly is a class act. It is always a pleasant experience from check in to check out. Ashley is always smiling and ridiculously pleasant. His MA Tony, is phenomenal. He is very easy to speak with, get a hold of, is very thorough, and quite frankly makes me smile even when I'm wanting to cry. Both of them do- Dr. B and Tony. They make a really great team. In my 40 years, I've never met a more competent & efficient MA. I'm no longer scared to leave an appointment feeling like I'm missing something and will have to wait until my next appointment to address it. I have struggled greatly in the past with MAs who have lacked knowledge, a sense of urgency, understanding, or had very poor follow up. Not Tony. No Sir. He is on it!! Best MA award goes to Tony. Dr. B has come to us from Chicago as a highly respected doctor. And the mere fact that Tony has joined Dr. Broadnax and Dr. Anderson on their journey here to Texas is not only a testament to the depth of their teamwork but is also a testament of their trust in each other. Which is then genuinely felt by myself, the patient. So if you are a patient like a was; feeling lost, not quite sure what to do, feeling like your pain is your destiny, convinced this is how you're going to have to live the rest of your life, running into oddball pain management doctors who don't seem to listen, want to try experimental injections on you, or just bandaid the pain with medication, please stop and make an appointment. There IS hope and there truly are good doctors in this state. Dr. Broadnax & his partner, Dr. Eric Anderson have blessed Texas by coming here from Chicago. I feel bad for the patients they had to leave behind. But they are both highly educated and intelligent individuals who know how to treat their patients like humans and with kindness.

I called 4 different t times to get details and next steps so I can start my road to recovery. No call backs or a sense of urgency. I finally stopped calling and went elsewhere for care and so happy that I did. 3 months later I received a phone call to check on me and I told the lady on the phone my experience and why I am no longer a patient there. She just said okay and hung up. Two of the times I called, there were roosters and barking in the background so I know their scheduling is working remote. Not a good idea with the service and whoever is doing the follow ups. I want to reach out to the doctor so he knows about his staff but I can't get a hold of him without going through the front desk. Go elsewhere!! Healthcare shouldn't be like this. AWFUL!!

June 12, 2015…read more Premiere Healthcare North Texas Dr. Jeffrey M. Shadle I went to Dr Shadle's office for my annual physical June 11 of 2015. I arrived at 10:45 a.m. for my 11:00 a.m. appointment. I scheduled this appointment three months prior to the actual date of the appointment and I reconfirmed the appointment on June 9th on the Premiere Healthcare automated e-mail I received. When I arrived at Dr Shadle's office, the waiting room staff was downright rude to me. I asked where Dr. Shadle, was since I fasted for over 14 hours for this appointment. The response I received regarding his whereabouts was "He had stuff to do" To Dr Shadle's waiting room staff it was no big deal that I fasted for 14 hours prior to my appointment, they didn't even try to get me to someone that could draw my blood. Dr Shadle's staff did try to reschedule for two weeks later on June 25th, but I indicated that I would be on vacation. This for an appointment I already scheduled three months prior to this date. The next available appointment according to their staff was six weeks out. I indicated to Dr Shadle's staff that "I was firing Dr Shadle as my physician". I require a Doctor that actually takes his patients health seriously, not a doctor that "has other stuff to do". I again asked for a real reason, Dr. Shadle, wasn't in the office (I had just driven 45 minutes in traffic to his office). His staff reiterated that "He had stuff to do" . The Premier Healthcare Staff further berated me for not having a cell phone (I do have a cell phone, however, I have provided my Work and Home Phone numbers, I would hope he would make a vigilant effort to contact me since they are canceling an appointment. Contact me on my work number during work hours and home phone during before 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m. hours). I am vigilant about taking the required medication and always following my doctor's guidelines regarding medication and making sure I attend all doctor's appointments as scheduled. In my entire life, I have never had a doctor or dentist or orthodontist or doctor of any kind, for that matter, cancel an appointment. Dr Shadle's didn't make a vigilant effort to notify me 24 hours before my appointment that, Dr. Shadle, wouldn't be in the office,
