From there, he adjusts, aligns, and cracks all the right bones. He ends the session with a gun massage. Aside from the first visit, he is usually done within 5-7 minutes. He has a darling assistant, Kirby, that will work with your schedule and make you feel at ease. I had back and hip issues last year and he fixed me within three visits and I haven't felt excruciating pain since then. I told him that I dislike bones popping so he is more gentle on me than my husband. I really appreciate that.

He was professional, kind, and took the time to connect with us during an important moment for our family. Our daughters are seen at the clinic by PA Sarah Cunningham, who has consistently provided thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate care. She is wonderful with children and takes the time to explain things clearly, which we value as parents. In recent years, our family has changed how we approach certain medical decisions, particularly after experiencing how federal guidance and corporate policies were broadly applied to everyday Americans. What we appreciate about Shine Pediatrics is that they respect informed parental involvement. We never feel judged, pressured, or talked down to for asking questions or wanting to be fully informed -- instead, we feel listened to and respected. We are very thankful for the care we've received and would confidently recommend Shine Pediatrics to other families.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PLEASE READ BEFOFE ATTENDING HIS CLINIC…read more Staff is oblivious and can't clearly or concisely answer questions. They charged me a $155 deductible even though my insurance is $0 copay for annual visits. Claimed they had to charge $155 to "establish new patient care". The visit to "establish" care is Dr. Muhammad Farooqi sitting in a chair across from you, asking you the same questions you just filled out on the 10 forms they give you, after he makes you wait 45 mins after your appointment to see him. Dr. Muhammad Farooqi does not care about his patients; I told him I needed 2 referrals and he told me he would only give me 1 per visit. Mind you, each visit is an additional $115 EVEN WITH INSURANCE. Never in my life have I had a physician put me in a position between choosing a referral for my mental health or a referral for my physical health. HE LIMITS YOUR HEALTHCARE ACCESSIBILITY FOR HIS OWN PROFITS. He was also very rude and hostile when answering my questions. He stated that since I am in my 20's, I am not his target demographic and he does not care about me or people of my age group since we only account for 10% of his patients, therefore 10% of his profits. In addition to his complete disregard for patient care, the clinic is also UNSANITARY. There were BUGS in the room I was placed in. When I brought it up to the nurse, she just laughed. I had to kill the bug myself and the dead bug stayed on the floor while all of the nurses walked over and around it. Dr. Muhammad Farooqi, if you are reading this, I hope that this life offers you redemption for the lack of empathy and care you have for others. And I hope anyone who reads this review thinks of you and your practice negatively, so they don't have to experience the defeat I felt after visiting your clinic and being in your "care".

He will allow you to finish explaining your health concerns, and when you finish, he will ask clarifying questions, rather than put words into your mouth. One "LUCKS" into finding a team of medical professionals such as Dr. Ahmad, Crystal, and the support staff at Medical Care Center. I specify "LUCK" as, one could search endlessly and not find all of the positive practices of this staff. They are attentive to your goals, and what is most impressive to me--The doctor and the staff will help you focus on your "Why," which creates an easier road for your "How." I am a public-school teacher, and weight had been an obstacle for the past decade, becoming virtually insurmountable after the COVID lockdown. I had lost hope of being able to tie my shoes again without busting a blood vessel in my head-- until March of 2022, I had a conversation with Crystal and asked her if there was any treatment that might take the edge off the discomfort of losing pounds and inches. She listened to my concerns, my goals, reviewed my file with the doctor and it seemed as though the entire staff went to work as my support team. The answer to my question was not a simple pill, yet a complex treatment, and these medical professionals took the time to solve the mystery that I had been wrestling. Two years later, I am down 100 pounds, with a clean bill of health--I can tie my own shoes without breaking a blood vessel in my head and I am not limited when choosing airline tickets, I can run up the stairs racing my grandkids, I can dance to my favorite song, and I can scoot by someone at the movie theater without having to make an entire row of people stand up during a movie, just because I drank too much lemonade. Will you have the same experience with the professionals at Medical Care Center? I'd love to hear about it.

What brought us to Dr. Lavery? He is one of the most prestigious and highly regarded…read morerheumatologists in Texas. Getting in as a new patient is a beast, but Dr. Lavery is worth the wait. In short, the appointment was for our 18-year-old daughter. She has had severe symptoms uncharacteristic for someone her age: insomnia, migraines, fatigue, chronic pain throughout her body and more. A good physician knows how to make a patient feel as though they are being cared for, that their concerns are valid, and that they are being heard. Dr. Lavery took the time to listen to her concerns, look over her medical history, asked a lot of questions and had several ideas on how to troubleshoot the situation. Dr. Lavery was more than willing to work to figure out what is going on with her. Rather than rushing into diagnosis too quickly, he assured her that he had a process in place and once he received all of the data he needed, he would talk to her about a diagnosis. Dr. Lavery up to this point has been vigilant about following up on tests and communicated those results through a portal he offers his clients. Our daughter is empowered to talk to him any time of the day and he responds quickly. Having access to your doctor like this is remarkable! Thus far he has become a strong advocate for our daughter. He has helped her get medicines approved, secure an appointment for tests or meet with a specialist, and access other necessary services. The best doctors are willing to go the extra mile for their patients' well-being, and this certainly describes Dr. Lavery. We are in the early stages of solving this problem, but after years of waiting to find the right physician to crack this case, Dr. Lavery has been worth the wait. Peace be with you.
