When I asked how long the answer is 3 weeks unless it needs parts - than as long as it takes to get the parts and get your mower back into the system. There was three people in the office all standing around eating popcorn. Since the machine is up front, I would think it was for the customers also but it was never offered. They could care less and had the attitude to show it when I brought it in and even less when I took it out. I don't usually say to stay away from a place but based on this and a prior experience I would go anywhere else. I took my mower to Joe's (when I asked H&H if anyone could do it faster they mentioned Joe's) and if you wait a week or so, you can read my review of them (Joe's).
