    Baked oysters

Our server was Robin and she was very quick and sociable. We ordered the prime rib and baked oysters. We split the prime rib because it was a 22 ounce cut! Everything was delicious.

This was an excellent meal. I cannot recommend enough the scallops dynamite and the Brussel sprouts. The entree was a special so it may not be available but it was wonderful also. I do recommend calling ahead for a reservation especially if it is a weekend. We didn't have one but they did get us in, they just preferred a reservation since it was Saturday evening. They were all very kind and the service was great.

Charming atmosphere and attentive, caring service. The Brussels Sprout appetizer was delicious! So was the burger and the scallops!

Amazing!! We travel all over the US for my husbands job and I can confidently say this is definitely in my top five of all time great restaurants! The atmosphere is cozy and located across from the Bay. Service was awesome starting with the hostess right when you walk in. We ate at the bar and it was perfect! We started with the deviled egg appetizer and OMG! I'm going to have to step up my deviled egg game! Next we shared a NY Strip and a Blackened Drum with beurre blanc sauce over creamy parmesean risotto. Both were absolutely outstanding! We finished with espresso martinis! YUMMY!! It was a perfect experience and we will be back for sure!!

    Fish and chips to go!

I had been seeing the posts and wanting to try the fish and chips (their Tuesday night special) and it finally worked out! I ordered to go and it was hot and ready in 15 minutes. The fish batter was crispy and delicious, flakey fish, and seasoned fries. They even sent a yummy tartar sauce, malt vinegar, and ketchup with my order. I'll definitely order again!

It was one of the best meals I have had in a bit. Here on vacation from Oklahoma. Thanks for a great meal and a great time.

    Do they take. Reservations?

Yes and they are recommended. It is not a large Resturant. If you don't make reservations you most likely will have to wait a very long time.

This place is the coolest whiskey bar meets fine dining--and it nails both sides perfectly. I travel to Corpus for work and customer visits, but this is one of those rare spots where I'd come back just for the restaurant. The whiskey selection is outstanding--deep, thoughtful, and clearly curated by people who actually know and love whiskey. Whether you're a bourbon guy, a Scotch drinker, or just want to explore something new, the staff knows their stuff and makes great recommendations without any pretension. The food is where it really separates itself. This isn't bar food pretending to be upscale--this is legit, well-executed, chef-driven cuisine that easily competes with big-city dining. Every dish feels intentional, balanced, and elevated. It's the kind of place where you slow down, enjoy the experience, and immediately start planning what you're ordering next time. Atmosphere-wise, it's spot on: moody, polished, and cool without trying too hard. Perfect for entertaining customers, a business dinner, or just treating yourself after a long day. Corpus Christi is lucky to have this place. Nueces Whiskey Library sets the bar high--and then pours you something great while doing it.

From the moment I walked in I fell in love with this space. From the dim lighting, to the elegant ambiance, to the cozy booth, and woodpaneled bar - I was immediately obsessed. Everything I tried here was absolutely delicious both from the food menu and the drink menu. I did a tasting flight (highly recommend) and sampled a few house cocktails. Neither approach will do you wrong and I recommend doing both if you have the time. For food we went with the : -sliders -charcuterie board - gnocchi -truffle fries And you can't go wrong with any of these. The sliders and charcuterie were the top two table favorites (although we may have been fighting over the last few truffle fries as well) Add this place to your list if you're in the Corpus area!

My 6-year-old daughter was served her meal last, and when she finally received her chicken nuggets, they were raw and undercooked inside. Unfortunately, she had already eaten one nugget before we discovered it. We are now monitoring her closely for possible foodborne illness, including salmonella exposure, which no parent should ever have to worry about after dining out. What made the situation worse was the way management handled it. Initially, we were only offered 50% off the bill, despite the seriousness of serving raw chicken to a child. They did not automatically remove or comp the child's meal or the replacement meal. When we expressed that we appreciated the gesture but wanted to speak with the owner about the situation, management became defensive rather than taking accountability. Eventually, we were told the entire ticket would be covered -- but only if we agreed to never come back. That response was shocking and unprofessional. At no point did we feel genuine concern, accountability, or care for our child's wellbeing. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but how a business responds says everything. Serving raw chicken is a serious health risk, especially to a young child, and the handling of the situation left us feeling dismissed rather than cared for. We cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

She loved her pasta and finished a huge piece of chocolate cake which sadly they don't have anymore. (Boo)! Hubs hands the prime rib and I had the filet and both were great. Second time we had the fish and chips special and the cod was cooked perfectly and was crunchy. Fries were awesome as well. Not only does this place boasts the best fufu martinis in Rockport but their food can't be beat either. We will def be back to try other tasty items on the menu.

My dad ordered his favorite, coconut shrimp, and said it was some of the best he's had (and he's had a lot of coconut shrimp!).
