Instead they pruned on and cut the branches off another leaving about 6 ft of tree. The tenants advised them the tree was supposed to be cut down to the stump. The workers reluctantly went back to finish the job that they were hired to do, after they completed the job the workers just left without allowing the tenant to check the work. The workers had not cleaned up at all and left large pieces of tree all over the place . We had to call them back to do the clean up. Unfortunately, the yard has been incredibly patchy growing in, and we were trying to solve that initially. We hoped for soil to cover the seed but he just said "no, too many weeds". No additional solutions were offered to help keep birds away from eating the open seed. We'd rather have some weeds than a patchy yard.
