I am currently part of a co-op that CDI helped us become the first part of the experience was awesome with Nora Gosslin, but after the purchase we got a new TA and she was not well qualified to assist us moving forward because she did not train us properly, and our election did not go as to our bylaws because the TA took the ballots and passed them out to whom ever wanted one and that is not how its supposed to be done. Also when the new board took over she wrote In appropriate emails to other residents about other residents. Furthermore, with the new board she made friends with some of the board members and would have trainings and sit and talk bad about other residents instead of discouraging this behavior she joined in. Which professionally is wrong and ethically. Also I just had to prove that the current president was incorrect about an issue she was told which ended up on a residents Facebook platform page when this was brought to my attention I contacted the other board member and we printed off the truth and turned it into the management company and when I asked I was told the TA had lied to the management company. this kind of behavior can ruin someones reputation and destroys the moral of the park. I would be very cautious dealing with this company after you buy your mobile home park. read more
